Abstract
The present invention relates to the fields of molecular biology, biotechnology, and immunology. More particularly, it relates to a vector comprising a nucleic acid construct encoding multiple polypeptide antigens or immunogens, or other polypeptides of interest. The invention provides a novel way of using integrated protease signal sites to simultaneously express two or more antigens from a single polynucleotide construct.
