Description

Title of the invention: fastening system for a wire mesh fence

[0001] The invention relates to fastening systems, and in particular fastening systems equipped with a hook for retaining an object.

[0002] Such fastening systems may, for example, comprise a bracket to which a hook is attached, the bracket being, for example, fixed to a wall by means of screws. Such a hook is used, for example, to hold clothing or bag straps.

[0003] For outdoor sports activities, there is sometimes a lack of walls for installing such fixing systems. Even when walls are accessible, tools are required to install such fixing systems, which limits their use and makes the fixing system difficult to remove.

[0004] The invention aims to resolve one or more of these drawbacks. The invention thus relates to a fastening system for a wire mesh fence, comprising: -a support; -a first hook projecting longitudinally from a first face of the support and having an opening oriented upwards to ensure the retention of an object in a vertical direction; -a second hook projecting longitudinally from a second face of the support opposite the first face, extending transversely, with an opening oriented downwards in the vertical direction; -a first flange, projecting longitudinally from the second face of the support, offset vertically from the second hook and comprising a vertical passage delimited by a peripheral surface, a lateral opening giving access to the vertical passage.

[0025] The inventor observed that even in the absence of solid walls at sports facilities, wire mesh fencing was very often available, particularly for delimiting a playing area. Such wire mesh fencing is sometimes also referred to as rigid panels or rigid grids.

[0026] Figures 1 and 2 are perspective views of an exemplary embodiment of a fastening system 1 on a wire mesh fence according to the invention. The system of attachment 1 includes a support 2, a first hook 3, a second hook 4 and a loop 5.

[0027] The support 2 here comprises a plate shape extending along a transverse direction Y and a vertical direction Z. The first hook 3, the second hook 4 and the flange 5 are fixed to the support 2. The support 2 thus provides a mechanical connection between these elements.

The flange 5 has a vertical passage 51 delimited by a peripheral surface 52 to allow the passage of the vertical wire. The flange 5 has a lateral opening 53 providing access to the vertical passage 51, to allow the insertion of this vertical wire. The opening 53 is here designed for longitudinal insertion, but an opening 53 can also be provided for transverse insertion of the wire into the passage 51. This configuration is illustrated in the top view of the flange in [Fig. 8].

[0031] Thus, such a system 1 is both easily positioned on a wire mesh fence and easily removed. Such a system 1 is both easy to position on the fence and very stable for attaching an object.

1. A fastening system (1) on a wire mesh fence (9), characterized in that it comprises: - a support (2) - a first hook (3) projecting longitudinally from a first face (21) of the support (2) and having an opening (33) oriented upwards to ensure the retention of an object in a vertical direction (Z); - a second hook (4) projecting longitudinally (X) from a second face (22) of the support opposite to the first face, extending transversely (Y), having an opening (43) oriented downwards in the vertical direction; - a first flange (5), projecting longitudinally from the second face (22) of the support (2), offset vertically from the second hook (4) and having a vertical passage (51) delimited by a peripheral surface (52), a lateral opening (53) giving access to the vertical passage (51).

2. A fastening system according to claim 1, wherein the second hook (4) comprises two parts (41, 42) separated by a recess (44).

3. A fastening system according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a second flange (6) projecting from the second face (22) of the support (2), offset vertically from the second hook (4) and having a vertical passage (62) delimited by a peripheral surface (61), a lateral opening (63) giving access to the vertical passage, the first and second flanges (5, 6) being positioned vertically on either side of the second hook (4).

4. A fastening system according to claim 3, wherein the first and second flanges (5, 6) are separated by a recess (7) positioned vertically at the level of the second hook (4).

5. A fastening system according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the first flange (5) and the second flange (6) have respective bottoms (55, 65) positioned at the same longitudinal level.

6. A fastening system according to claim 2, wherein a groove (24) is provided in the second face of the support (2) at the level of the first hook (3).

7. A fastening system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second hook (4) has an opening (43) having a width between 2 and 8 mm.

8. A fastening system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first hook (3) has an opening (33) having a width between 10 and 30 mm.

9. A fastening system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first hook (3) has first and second legs (31, 32) separated by a recess (34) and positioned transversely on either side of the first flange (5).

10. A fastening system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second hook (4) has two grooves (47, 48) offset longitudinally from each other.
