[0054] Detailed description of embodiments

[0055] In order to enable persons competent in the art to which this application relates to better understand it, the technical solutions in the embodiments of this application will be clearly and completely described below, in conjunction with the accompanying figures of the embodiments of this application. It is understood that the embodiments described are only a part of the embodiments of this application and not all of them. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by a person having Ordinary skills in art without doing creative work fall within the scope of the protection sought in this application.

[0056] Figure 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of the structure of the cleaning apparatus in one or more embodiments of this application; Figure 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of the cleaning apparatus of Figure 1 in an unlocked state; and Figure 3 illustrates a schematic diagram of the structure of the wastewater tank of Figure 1. Combined with Figures 1 to 3, the wastewater tank provided in this application is assembled to a main body, the wastewater tank comprising a tank body 2, at least a portion of an external peripheral surface of the tank body 2 being provided with an anti-slip pattern 21, and the anti-slip pattern 21 being provided on the outside of the main body 1 when the wastewater tank is assembled to the main body 1.

[0057] The wastewater tank supplied in this application, given that at least part of the peripheral surface of the tank body 2 of the wastewater tank is provided with anti-slip patterns 21, and that these anti-slip patterns 21 are located on the outside of the main body 1, allows the user to hold the tank body 2 with the anti-slip patterns 21 in order to detach the wastewater tank from the main body 1, thus preventing to some extent the wastewater tank from being dislodged during detachment, which would result in the discharge of wastewater onto the ground and constitute a risk of secondary pollution. It is very practical.

[0058] Figure 3 shows a schematic view of the structure of the wastewater tank of Figure 1. In combination with Figure 3, at least part of the peripheral surface of the tank body 2 is provided with an anti-slip pattern 21. The anti-slip pattern 21 is provided on the outer side of the housing cavity 11, so that a user can hold the tank body 2 with the anti-slip pattern 21 in order to dismantle the wastewater tank. This can, to some extent, prevent the wastewater tank from falling during the dismantling process, which could lead to the discharge of wastewater from inside the tank onto the ground and create a risk of secondary pollution; it is also very practical.

[0059] In combination with [Fig. 3], in certain embodiments, the anti-slip pattern 21 may be provided in two locations, the two anti-slip patterns 21 being provided on both sides of the width direction of the tank body 2, and the perimeter between the two anti-slip patterns 21 being approximately the same as that of the palm of a human hand. When the user disassembles the wastewater tank, the user's thumb acts on one of the anti-slip patterns 21, and the user's other four fingers act on the other anti-slip pattern 21, i.e. The palms of the two main parts of the user's hand act on the anti-slip pattern 21, which can adapt to the user's posture when holding the tank body 2, and is more convenient for the user when disassembling the wastewater tank from the main body 1.

[0060] In some embodiments, the anti-slip pattern 21 comprises several textures arranged vertically along the tank body 2, the textures being arranged side by side. In other embodiments, the anti-slip patterns 21 may also be provided only in the middle or at the outer edge of the tank body 2, etc. This application does not limit this to such variations.

[0061] It should be noted that the anti-slip pattern 21 can be placed on the entire periphery of the part of the tank body 2 exposed to the main body 1, without this being limiting.

[0062] Figure 4 illustrates a schematic view of the structure in another view of Figure 3. In conjunction with Figure 4, in certain embodiments, the wastewater tank further comprises a tank lid assembly 3. Figure 5 illustrates a schematic view of a state of the lid assembly assembled in the tank. In relation to Figures 4 and 5, the tank lid assembly 3 is removably arranged at the inlet and outlet 22 of the tank body 2.The tank lid assembly 3 comprises a lid body 31 and a handle 32, the lid body 31 is removably disposed at the inlet and outlet 22 of the tank body 2, and the handle 32 is rotatably coupled to the top of the lid body 31, so that a user can lift the tank lid assembly 3 via the handle 32 and insert the tank lid assembly 3 into the tank body 2, from top to bottom.

[0063] When cleaning the wastewater tank, it is necessary to remove the cover assembly 3 from inside the wastewater tank from the tank body 2 of the wastewater tank. In the present application, thanks to the arrangement of the handles 32 on the top of the cover body 31, when installing the cover assembly 3 on the wastewater tank, the user can lift the cover assembly 3 above the inlet and outlet 22 of the tank body 2 of the wastewater tank by means of the handles 32 (illustrated in [Fig. 5]), in order to align the cover assembly 3 with the inlet and outlet 22 of the tank body 2. By then releasing the handle 32, the cover assembly 3 can be quickly assembled in the tank body 2 (illustrated in [Fig. 5]).4]), and at the same time, as the handle 32 is rotatably fixed to the body of the cover 31, after releasing the handle 32, it is applied to the upper surface of the tank cover (illustrated in [Fig.4]) by gravity, and does not hinder the assembly of the wastewater tank onto the main body 1. When it is necessary to remove the tank cover assembly 3. of wastewater, the user holds the handle 32 to quickly remove the wastewater tank cover assembly 3, which is convenient and fast.

[0064] Figure 6 illustrates a schematic view of the structure of the tank lid assembly with the handle in the vertical position, and Figure 7 illustrates a schematic view of the structure of the filter element removed in Figure 3. By combining Figures 6 and 7, in certain embodiments, a mounting frame 4 is provided at the top of the lid body 31. The mounting frame 4 has two mounting side walls 41 provided in a direction parallel to the width of the tank body 2, and the two ends of the handles 32 are rotatably connected to the two mounting side walls 41. In a specific implementation, the mounting frame 4 is substantially U-shaped, which can be molded integrally as a single piece on top of the lid body 31, and the two ends of the handle 32 can be rotatably connected to the mounting side walls 41 on the same side by the rotating shaft.

[0065] In conjunction with [Fig.6] and [Fig.7], in certain embodiments, the mounting frame 4 may also include a limiting side wall 42, the limiting side wall 42 being attached to the side of the two mounting side walls 41 which are dorsal inside the main body 1, the limiting side arm having a limiting portion 421 which corresponds to the handle 32, the angle between the limiting portion 421 and the horizontal plane of the cover body 31 which extends into the main body 1 being less than or equal to 90°, and the handle 32 being able to be pressed against the limiting portion 421.When the user holds the lid assembly 3 by the handle 32, by the restriction of the handle 32 by the restriction portion 421, the handle 32 can be held in a vertical position and when the lid assembly 3 is assembled in place, the user releases the handle 32, and the handle 32 can be turned towards the top of the lid body 31 by gravity, so as to facilitate the assembly of the wastewater tank onto the main body 1.

[0066] In conjunction with [Fig. 6] and [Fig. 7], in some embodiments, the limiting portion 421 corresponds to an end part of the handle 32, and the end part of the handle 32 can rest on the corresponding limiting portion 421. In other embodiments, the limiting portion 421 can also correspond to a central part of the handle 32, and the central part of the handle 32 can rest on the corresponding limiting portion 421, without limitation in this case.

[0067] In conjunction with [Fig. 6] and [Fig. 7], in certain embodiments, the top of the cover body 31 is provided with a guide surface 311 extending from the limiting portion 421 inwards and downwards from the main body 1, and the angle between the guide surface 311 and the limiting portion 421 is obtuse, and the handle 32 can be rotated on the guide surface 311 of the cover body 31. When the tank cover assembly 3 is in place, the user releases the handle 32, and the handle 32 can pivot towards the guide surface 311 of the cover body 31 under the effect of gravity, so as to facilitate the assembly of the wastewater tank onto the main body 1.

[0068] Figure 8 shows a schematic view of the lid assembly structure with the handle on the guide surface. In conjunction with Figures 6 to 8, the lid body 31 is also provided with an air outlet channel 33, and the cleaning device is also equipped with an induced draft fan. When the induced draft fan is operating, air inside the wastewater tank is drawn through the air outlet channel 33, creating negative pressure inside the wastewater tank. The wastewater drawn in during the operation of the cleaning device is then stored inside the wastewater tank. The air outlet channel 33 is equipped with a filter 5 to prevent impurities from the air in the wastewater tank from entering the induced draft fan and affecting the normal operation of the induced draft fan. The top of the air outlet channel 33 extends beyond the top of the cover body 31. The aforementioned mounting frame 4 is located at the top of the air outlet channel 33 on the side furthest from the inside of the main body 1. The aforementioned guide surface 311 is located at the top of the air outlet channel 33 towards the inside of the main body 1. When the wastewater tank is assembled in the main body 1, the handle 32 is also arranged on the side where the top of the air outlet channel 33 faces the inside of the main body 1, and the height of the handle 32 is not greater than the height of the top of the air outlet channel 33.

[0069] In conjunction with [Fig.6] and [Fig.8], in certain embodiments, the cover assembly 3 further comprises a divider element 6. [Fig.9] shows a schematic structural view of the divider element of [Fig.8], in conjunction with [Fig.6], [Fig.8] and [Fig.9], the divider element 6 being fixed below the cover body 31, the first leakage portion 61 being provided on the divider element 6; wherein, when the cover assembly 3 is assembled in a wastewater tank, the divider element 6 separates the wastewater tank into a first chamber located above the divider element 6 and a second chamber located below the divider element 6, the first chamber and the second chamber being connected by the first leakage portion 61.

[0070] The tank cover assembly 3 supplied in this application, as the dividing element 6 is fixed below the cover body 31, when the tank cover assembly 3 is assembled inside the wastewater tank, the dividing element 6 separates the wastewater tank into a first chamber located above the dividing element 6 and a second chamber located below the dividing element 6, and the wastewater drawn into the wastewater tank with the solid waste is drawn into the first chamber, then the wastewater flows through the first leakage part 61 to the second chamber, in order to achieve solid-liquid separation.

[0071] Combined with Figures 6, 8 and 9, the divider element 6 is provided under the cover body 31, the divider element 6 may be in the form of a plate, and a mounting orifice 62 is provided in the divider element 6 for the pumping pipe 23 of the wastewater tank to pass through, in which, under the conditions of use of the wastewater tank, the wastewater in the wastewater tank is collected in the first chamber through the pumping pipe 23, and a body of water in the wastewater collected in the first chamber is diverted through the first leakage part 61 to a second chamber to allow the solid waste in the wastewater to settle in the first chamber, and the wastewater is separated from the solids and liquids by the divider element 6.

[0072] Figure 10 illustrates a schematic top view of Figure 9. In relation to Figure 10, in some embodiments, the first leakage portion 61 on the dividing element 6 may comprise a plurality of first water leakage holes, and the plurality of first water leakage holes may be arranged in an arc shape at the periphery of the mounting holes 62. In other embodiments, the plurality of first water leakage holes on the dividing element 6 may also be arranged in a grid pattern, without limitation in this document.

[0073] In conjunction with [Fig.3], in conjunction with [Fig.6], and in conjunction with [Fig.8] to 10, in certain embodiments, the pumping pipe 23 is fixed to a side wall of the wastewater tank, and the mounting ports 62 are opened towards one side of this side wall for the passage of the pumping pipe 23.In particular embodiments, the pump pipe 23 can be integrated into the side wall of the wastewater tank, the top of the pump pipe 23 is provided with a water outlet, and under the operating conditions of the wastewater tank, the wastewater in the wastewater tank is collected in the first chamber by the top of the pump pipe 23, and a mass of water in the wastewater collected in the first chamber is diverted by a first leakage portion 61 into a second chamber to allow the solid waste in the wastewater to settle in the first chamber, and the solid-liquid separation of the wastewater is carried out via the divider element 6. In other embodiments, water outlets can also be provided on the circumference of the pump pipe 23 located above the divider element 6, and the wastewater from the tank. Wastewater may also be collected in the first chamber, without any limitation in this document.

[0074] In conjunction with [Fig. 6] and Figures 8 to 10, at least a portion of the periphery of the divider 6 rests elastically on the inner wall of the wastewater tank to improve the sealing effect between the divider 6 and the inner wall of the wastewater tank. In some embodiments, a sealing element 63 may be provided at the periphery of the divider 6 but not at the opening; the pump pipe 23 and the opening may be adjusted by a small gap; and, of course, the sealing element 63 may be provided between the wall of the pump pipe 23 and the opening, which will not be discussed here.In other embodiments, the periphery of the divider element 6 may be elastic, for example by using a plate of elastic material injected into the periphery of the divider element 6, so that the periphery of the divider element 6 can be compressed appropriately when the tank cover assembly 3 is assembled in the wastewater tank, in order to improve the sealing effect between the divider element 6 and the inner wall of the wastewater tank.

[0075] Fig. 11 illustrates a schematic view of the structure in another view of Fig. 9. In combination with [Fig. 6] and Figures 8 to 11, the tank cover assembly 3 can also include a waste guard plate 7, which is connected to the divider element 6. The waste guard plate 7 is provided inside the first chamber; that is, the waste guard plate 7 is connected to the top of the divider element 6. The waste guard plate 7 is provided with a second leakage section 71, and the first leakage section 61 is provided on one side of the waste guard plate 7. When the cover assembly 3 is removed from the tank body 2, the waste guard plate 7 concentrates the waste from the wastewater tank in the area delimited by the divider element 6 and the waste guard plate 7, thus preventing the waste from falling directly onto the ground, avoiding secondary pollution, and facilitating waste cleanup.

[0076] In conjunction with [Fig. 6] and Figures 8 to 11, in certain embodiments, the waste guard plate 7 may be attached only to at least a portion of the periphery of the divider element 6. For example, the waste guard plate 7 is preferably attached to the side of the divider element 6 furthest from the main body 1, i.e., the waste guard plate 7 is provided at the rear of the divider element 6. In practice, when the user removes the cover assembly 3 from the tank 2, the wastewater tank is oriented in the direction of the user, i.e., the wastewater tank is tilted backwards, and provided that the waste guard plate 7 is attached to the rear of the divider element 6, when the cover assembly 3 is removed, if there is wastewater in the first chamber, the wastewater flows out through the second leakage part 71 on the waste guard plate 7 towards the area located at the rear of the waste guard plate 7, and the waste is deposited in the area located in front of the divider element 6 and the waste guard plate 7, to facilitate the cleaning of the waste by the user.

[0077] In combination with [Fig.6] and Figures 8 to 11, in certain embodiments, the second leakage part 71 may include second leakage holes arranged in a grid on the waste guard plate 7 to prevent wastewater residues at the junction of the waste guard plate 7 and the divider element 6, in order to avoid the phenomenon of secondary contamination caused by leakage to the outside of the wastewater tank after dismantling the tank cover assembly 3.

[0078] In conjunction with [Fig. 6] and Figures 8 to 11, in certain embodiments, the first leakage portion 61 may be provided on the front side of the waste guard plate 7 for separating and fixing the first chamber and the second chamber constructed by the divider element 6. The waste guard plate 7 is provided with a deflector portion 72 on one side (i.e., a rear side) away from the main body 1, the deflector portion 72 extending in one direction (i.e., a front side) towards the interior of the main body 1 to form a deflecting groove, and the divider element 6 is provided with a third leakage portion 64, at least a portion of the third leakage portion 64 being provided inside a projection of the deflector portion 72, and the third leakage portion 64 may be a third leakage hole, which is supplied directly below the avoidance section 72.When the cleaning unit is in use, wastewater is present between the debris guard plate 7 and the wastewater tank. The bypass section 72 and the third water outlet section 64 are designed to direct the wastewater into the wastewater tank and act as a flow guide. When the cover assembly 3 is removed, the wastewater located behind the debris guard plate 7 can flow into the wastewater tank through the bypass section 72 and the third water outlet section 64.In other embodiments, the waste guard plate 7 may have a gap between the waste guard plate 7 and the rear side wall of the tank body 2 of the wastewater tank, and the waste guard plate 7 is provided with a first leakage portion 61 on the front and rear sides, and the wastewater flow located on the rear side of the waste guard plate 7 may flow into the wastewater tank through said gap and the third leakage portion 64 when the tank cover assembly 3 is disassembled.

[0079] In other embodiments, the waste guard plate 7 can also be fixed to the periphery of the upper part of the divider element 6, so that the waste is retained on the divider element 6 between the waste guard plate 7 when the cover assembly 3 is removed. However, for such an assembly, when the waste is cleaned, the entire cover assembly 3 can only be reversed or cleaned by hand, which is more difficult than the solution described above in which the waste guard plate 7 is fixed to part of the perimeter of the divider element 6, which is an optional solution.

[0080] In conjunction with [Fig. 6] and [Fig. 8], in certain embodiments, the tank cover assembly 3 further comprises a deflector element 8, which is provided above the mounting hole 62 of the divider element 6, and the deflector element 8 is provided interstitially above the pump pipe 23 when the tank cover assembly 3 is assembled in a wastewater tank. During operation of the wastewater tank, the wastewater from the tank is discharged from the top of the pump pipe 23 and, after being blocked by the deflector element 8, is collected in the first chamber.

[0081] In connection with Figures 6 and 8, in particular embodiments, the deflector element 8 may be a U-shaped structure, the opening of the U-shaped structure of the deflector element 8 being oriented downwards, and the side walls on both sides of the deflector element 8 may be fixed to the divider element 6 by means of a support 9.

[0082] In some cases, a sealing partition 81 may be provided at the rear of the deflector element 8, so that the deflector channel forms a hood structure with openings both at the bottom and at the front.

[0083] In connection with figures 6 to 8, in certain embodiments, the cover body 31 can be molded integrally on top of the deflector element 8, with an air inlet 34 provided on a side wall of the cover body 31, the air inlet 34 being provided above the deflector element 8, the air inlet 34 being an inlet of the air intake channel to draw air out of the wastewater tank.
