MOCHIS WITH FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS The invention relates to a mochi with functional food ingredients which comprises: - Glutinous rice, trehalose, water, gelatin and / or pectin and / or agar and / or carrageenans and / or collagen; - aromas, flavors and other excipients which interfere with the organoleptic properties of the mochi, as well as with the pH; - functional ingredients; - pH adjusters; where there may also be either glucose syrup and sugar, or fibers, or proteins, or polyols, the functional ingredients being able to be micro-encapsulated.
