12. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the water content is in the range of 20 to 70%, preferably 25 to 55%, preferably 30 to 45%, by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.

13. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the polyol content, preferably glycerin, is in the range of 5% to 30%, preferably 10% to 30%, preferably 15% to 25%, by weight on the total weight of the composition.

14. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the composition is in the form of a paste, in particular in the form of a wasabi texture paste.
