Abstract

Modular clothing item. The invention relates to a modular clothing item (1), comprising: - a first garment (101) adapted to cover a first part of the body of a user, - a second garment (301) adapted to cover a second part of said body, - an assembly element (11) for said first and second garments. According to the invention, the first and second garments (101, 301) each have at least one attachment hole (111, 311) adapted to receive said assembly element, at least temporarily, and said assembly element is neither permanently fixed to said first garment (101) nor permanently fixed to said second garment (301). Title of the invention: Modular clothing item technical field

[0001] The invention relates to the field of clothing and more particularly concerns a modular clothing item. Previous technique

[0002] It is known to use clothing items that can be modular, or transformable.

[0003] Such modular clothing articles are designed to present a certain appearance in accordance with a certain configuration and to present one or more other appearances in accordance with one or more other configurations.

[0004] Document WO 2020 / 014437 Al discloses a modular garment comprising an independent garment piece capable of being assembled with a second garment piece and / or with several other garment pieces by means of a fastening system.

[0009] In order to ensure an aesthetic appearance of the article conforming to certain expectations of the manufacturer, the fastening system is concealed by means of a fabric flap formed on one of the garment pieces.

[0010] The presence of such a flap aesthetically limits the combination possibilities that can be envisaged by such a garment.

[0011] Also, when only one of the garment pieces is worn, the flap is visible on one of the garment pieces of the article, while the other garment piece of the article reveals the fastening sub-assembly, which remains visible on the second garment piece given that the flap no longer conceals the fastening system when only one of the pieces is worn.

[0014] The present invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, and to this end relates to a modular garment item, comprising: - a first garment adapted to cover an initial part of the user's body, - a second garment adapted to cover a second part of the body, - an assembly element of the said first and second garment pieces, the said article being notable in that the said first and second garment pieces each have at least one fixing hole adapted to receive at least temporarily the said assembly element and in that the said assembly element is neither permanently fixed to the said first garment piece nor permanently fixed to the said second garment piece.

[0015] Thus, by providing for a garment comprising two garment pieces, each covering a part of the body of a user, each comprising at least one fixing hole for an assembly element which is not permanently fixed on either of the two garment pieces, the assembly element is only mounted on the garment when a combination of two garment pieces is desired.

Modular clothing item (1), comprising: - a first garment (101, 201, 301, 401) adapted to cover a first part of the body of a user, - a second garment (101, 201, 301, 401) adapted to cover a second part of said body, - an assembly element (11) for said first and second garments (101, 201, 301, 401), said item (1) being characterized in that said first and second garments (101, 201, 301, 401) each have at least one attachment hole (111, 211, 311, 411) adapted to receive at least temporarily said assembly element (11) and in that said assembly element (11) is not permanently fixed to said first garment (101, 201, 301, 401) nor permanently fixed on said second article of clothing (101, 201, 301, 401).

2. Clothing article (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said assembly element (11) comprises an assembly rod (13) and two retaining stops (15, 17) carried by said assembly rod (13) and arranged so as to retain said assembly element (11) on said clothing article (1) when said assembly rod (13) engages at least one of said fixing holes (111,211,311,411).

3. Article (1) of clothing according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said first article of clothing (101, 201) is adapted to cover at least partially an upper part of the body of a user.

4. Article (1) of clothing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said first article of clothing (101, 201) is chosen from the following group comprising: a top, a blouse, a jacket.

5. Article (1) of clothing according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said second article of clothing (301, 401) is adapted to cover at least partially a lower part of the body of a user.

6. Article (1) of clothing according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said second article of clothing (301, 401) is chosen from the following group comprising: trousers, a skirt.

7. Article (1) of clothing according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said at least one fastening orifice (111, 211, 311, 411) has a rectangular geometric shape.

Article (1) of clothing according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said at least one fastening orifice (111, 211) is arranged in the lower part of said first article of clothing (101, 201) and in that said at least one fastening orifice (311, 411) is arranged in the upper part of said second article of clothing (301, 401).

9. Article (1) of clothing according to claim 8, characterized in that said at least one attachment hole (111, 211, 311, 411) is arranged near the waist of a user when said article (1) is worn by said user.
