Abstract

Smoker This smoker for cold or hot smoking food comprises at least one body, one hood, one smoke-generating device, and one rack system, which includes at least two racks (17), as well as a support for holding the racks (17). The support has a lower portion (6) and two side walls (5), each having two slides (2) that have vertical guides (3) and lateral guides (4). The racks (17) have at least two retaining bars (20) that are movable in the slides (2) of the side walls (5) of the support.The lateral guides (4) of the grids (17) have a first stop (29) and a second stop (30) which are located on either side of the vertical guides (3). The grids (17) are arranged vertically, one above the other, and lengthwise in the lateral guides (4) of the support (7) alternately in the first stop (29) and the second stop (30). Claims

said at least one air exhaust opening (8) is placed on the short side wall (26) of the smokehouse (1).

11. - Smoker (1) according to claim 10, characterized in that at least one short side wall (26) in the height direction (HR) is lower than the long side wall (27), whereby, when the hood (12) is closed, an air evacuation opening (8) is formed between the hood (12) and said at least one short side wall (26).

12. - Smoker (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the body (23) comprises a magnet to which the hood (12) can be attached.

13. - Smoker (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that at least one food support (31) is able to be fitted onto at least one grid (17) by means of clips (28).
