The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, particularly for cleaning keratin fibers, comprising one or more cationic inulin polymers, one or more glucamide compounds, and one or more anionic surfactants. The invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method, preferably for cleaning and / or washing keratin materials, particularly hair, using said composition.
