Abstract

A lighting device (LD) is fitted to a vehicle and comprises: - a source (SOP) generating photons, and - a molded light guide (LG) comprising a first sub-part (SP1) receiving the generated photons and transferring them to an output (S1), and a second sub-part (SP2) comprising, on the one hand, a first end (E1) receiving the transferred photons, a second end (E2) opposite this first end (E1) and extended by a first mounting tab (PF1), and a first rear face (FR1) reflecting the received photons towards a first front face (FV1) so that they perform a photometric function, and, on the other hand, having a thickness between its first rear face (FR1) and front face (FV1) that decreases from the first end (E1) to the second end (E2).
