Abstract

The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a concrete material incorporating a biomineral material characterized in that oyster shell is washed and then reduced to grains or atomized powder by a mill, then sieved, and the grain diameter of which is analyzed with a particle size analyzer or a laser diffraction and / or imaging analyzer, which for powder is 25 microns to 450 microns and for aggregate from 45 microns to 7 mm, incorporated into a rock cement, lime, or clay binder, or a PLA plastic, biodegradable or biodegradable and compostable bioplastic, or a resin with or without coloring pigment, then mixed to create a homogeneous or heterogeneous mixture. The invention also relates to the composition obtained by the manufacturing process and its various applications.
