Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a communication method, a terminal device, a network device, a communication system, and a storage medium. The communication method can be implemented on a terminal device. The method includes: receiving first information, wherein the first information relates to a mobility configuration corresponding to a first type of mobility and a mobility configuration corresponding to a second type of mobility. Therefore, in embodiments of the present invention, the mobility configuration corresponding to the first type of mobility is associated with the mobility configuration corresponding to the second type of mobility, and the first type of mobility and the second type of mobility can share the mobility configuration based on the first information, thereby reducing signaling overhead and reducing the waste of storage resources during the storage of the mobility configuration on the terminal device.
