Abstract

This invention discloses an innovative process for producing an environmentally friendly and biodegradable 3D sheet material based on coconut coir fiber, utilizing high-frequency dielectric heating and high-pressure forming. This process involves heating the coconut coir fiber in a temperature range of 140°C to 180°C using radio waves to activate the natural lignin, which is then combined with a pressure of 140 kg / cm² to form a strong and flexible structure. The end result is a highly durable, reusable, and environmentally friendly material, and can be applied in a variety of products such as 3D insulating wall coverings, packaging materials, cooler boxes, and protection for fragile items. The main advantage of this invention is the use of natural lignin as a binder, eliminating the need for synthetic adhesives, and providing a more environmentally friendly solution by utilizing coconut fiber as the main raw material.
