Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to immunoglobulin Fc fragment polypeptides, and can be used for medical applications. The disclosed immunoglobulin Fc fragment polypeptides having a high binding capacity for FcRn and a low binding capacity for FcgRs can be used for the production of therapeutically active fusion polypeptides and conjugates.
