Abstract

The present invention relates to a Lightweight Bottle with Interwoven Structure for bottled drinking water formed from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) through a stretch blow molding process. The bottle includes a mouth, neck, shoulder, body, and bottom, wherein the body is divided into a first zone, a second zone, and a third zone. The first zone is formed by vertical ribs. The second zone is formed by at least one horizontal line or rib surrounding the body to form a ring-like structure. The third zone is formed by main stiffening ribs that intersect to form an interwoven pattern. The base of the bottle is equipped with reinforcing ribs that work in an integrated manner with the third zone. The number of structural elements in each zone is kept constant across various bottle capacities, while their geometric dimensions are adjusted proportionally to the bottle size. The structural configuration forms an integrated load distribution path from the mouth to the base, thereby increasing the bottle's ability to withstand axial loading (top load) with efficient material use.
