If we consider the number of times this process needs to be performed according to the number of patients, we realize the wear and tear of the medical staff, as well as the cost of waste disposal and storage of contaminated needles. The likelihood of needling of medical staff due to the use of syringes also increases.The method of using a roller clamp in most cases leads to damage to the clamp itself, which leads to the inefficiency of the microset and practically creates additional costs for the patient.
