Auxiliary burner position measuring device

Abstract

The article of the present design is a position measuring device for an auxiliary burner. The position measuring device is used to adjust the position of an auxiliary burner installed in a concentrate burner of a flash smelting furnace. As shown in Reference Figure 1 of the usage state, the position measuring device 10 is inserted through the inspection hatch 21 of the concentrate burner 20, and the auxiliary burner 22 is fitted into the U-shaped part at the tip. The auxiliary burner 22 is positioned so that the position measuring device 10 is aligned with the reference groove 23 formed on the underside of the inspection hatch 21. Furthermore, as shown in Reference Figure 2 of the usage state, the scale on the position measuring device 10 is read using the edge of the opening of the inspection hatch 21 as a reference, and the position of the auxiliary burner 22 is adjusted based on the measurement result.
