Pipe fitting detachment tool

Abstract

This item is a pipe fitting detachment tool for detaching a male fitting from a female fitting. This item can be opened to the left and right by rotating it around a screw shaft located at the top of the front. After opening, it is fitted between the male fitting and the female fitting as shown in reference diagram (1) illustrating the state of use. At this time, the C-shaped elastic ring body fitted to the inner circumference of the female fitting has its inner circumference engaging with the shallow circumferential groove provided on the outer circumference of the male fitting, and its outer circumference engaging with the wide circumferential groove provided on the inner circumference of the female fitting. The expansion of the diameter is prevented between the shallow and wide circumferential grooves, and the ring body is pressed against the male fitting. After fitting, as shown in reference diagram (2) illustrating the state of use, pushing this item to the right moves the thin cylindrical body in the center of the front of this item to a position where the elastic ring body, together with the male fitting, faces the deep circumferential groove on the inner circumference of the female fitting. Subsequently, by pulling the male fitting to the left or pushing this item to the right, the elastic ring body expands in the deep circumferential groove, allowing the male fitting to be pulled out.
