Abstract

The article relating to the present design application (hereinafter referred to as "the Article") is a type of physical training device that strengthens leg muscles by pedaling. Because the pedals are located almost directly below the saddle, it can be used with the same feeling as pedaling a unicycle, and it can strengthen not only leg muscles but also abdominal muscles and core muscles. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the State of Use," a safety handle is provided behind the saddle that can be grasped until the posture stabilizes or when balance is about to be lost.
