Abstract

This item is a balloon equipped with a horizontal sleeve for inserting a horizontal load tape, which is inserted through a loop-shaped end provided at the lower end of the vertical load tape to prevent the balloon envelope from sliding up, as shown in the reference diagram showing the state of use and the enlarged reference diagram of section C. The horizontal sleeve is welded in a substantially horizontal direction along the welded portion between the balloon envelopes, as shown in the enlarged reference diagram of section B.
