Abstract

This article is a rolling element circulation pipe that is fitted into the slider of a linear guide device used in actuators and the like, and is formed into a pipe shape by facing two half-split resin-molded members. Lubricating oil is circulated through mesh-like grooves formed on the inner peripheral surface of this article, and the lubricating oil is retained in multiple recesses. Multiple rolling elements are diverted from between the slider and guide rail by a return member on one side, passed through the rolling element circulation pipe (this article), and circulated by being diverted between the slider and guide rail by a return member on the other side after passing through the rolling element circulation pipe. Circulating the rolling elements allows the slider to move relative to the guide rail.
