Abstract

This image is intended to show the predetermined pressures in the blood circuit through which the patient's blood circulates in a cardiopulmonary bypass machine. In the upper section, the pressures at points located from left to right on the blood withdrawal side (upstream) to the blood infusion side (downstream) of the circuit are displayed, and in the lower section, the differential pressure between each point is displayed. The differential pressure display in the lower section is positioned midway between the two point pressure displays in the upper section, allowing the user to visually confirm which points the differential pressure represents.
