Abstract

This item is a health footwear having a bottom plate and an instep belt that support the sole of the foot, and the sole and instep of the foot are stimulated by a plurality of protrusions provided on the bottom plate and the instep belt. When the item is unfolded, it is in the form of a sheet. Furthermore, as shown in the reference plan view showing the unfolded state and the reference cross-sectional view showing the cross-section of the item as seen from the right side, the bottom plate and the instep belt have cavities that communicate with each other. As a result, the air in the cavities moves repeatedly between the bottom plate and the instep belt as the weight shifts during walking, enhancing the effect of stimulating the foot with pressure.
