A camera unit capable of monitoring and recording, suitable for network environments, is built into the cylindrical housing, and images the outside are captured through a through hole on the front. Because the housing is cylindrical, it is less susceptible to wind when outdoors and rainwater easily runs off. Twelve ribs provided along the axial direction of the housing on the outer periphery contribute to the heat dissipation of the housing.
