Keyed cover door

Abstract

The article according to the present design is a security opening / closing door that is installed retrospectively so as to cover, for example, the switch box of an existing shutter. It is composed of a mounting frame that forms an opening with upper and lower side frames and left and right side frames, and a keyed opening / closing door that opens and closes the opening of the mounting frame. The opening / closing door is opened in sequence to a first position where the opening is closed by locking, a second position where the door is unlocked and linearly slid slightly to still keep the opening closed, and a third position where the opening / closing door is rotated from the second position to open the opening. The opening and closing of the opening / closing door is complicated and not easily opened. Further, at the first position, the edge on the key-receiving side of the opening / closing door has a recessed portion that enters the side frame and forms a U-shaped cross-section, and a gap-covering portion that hides the gap at the edge of the side frame. Therefore, it is not easy to pry open with a bar of a destructive means or pick the lock with a wire.
