Door lock

Abstract

This product is a door lock, and is used, for example, on toilet doors. As shown in Reference Perspective Figure 1 or Reference Perspective Figure 2, this product includes a lock case, a thumb turn, a display unit, and a deadbolt. This product is configured so that, by rotating the thumb turn clockwise or counterclockwise relative to the lock case, the deadbolt protrudes from the lock case to enter a locked state, and the deadbolt does not protrude from the lock case to enter an unlocked state. This product is also configured so that, by rotating the thumb turn relative to the lock case, the display plate in the display unit rotates, changing the portion visible through the display hole in the display plate. The portion visible through the display hole in the display plate is configured to be colored differently depending on whether it is locked or unlocked.
