Abstract

The article of the present design (hereinafter referred to as "the article") is an article holder that is configured to be used by placing an article on the approximately horizontally positioned article holder, which is composed of a substantially square, thin-plate-shaped article holder and two substantially rectangular, thin-plate-shaped first and second support pieces, each of which extends from two adjacent sides of the article holder at a substantially right angle and is integrally connected to the other. As shown in Reference Oblique Views 1 and 2, which show the use state of the article holder, the article holder can be used by placing an article such as a monitor camera on the article holder with the first and second support pieces fastened to the corner of a wall or the like. The article holder has a substantially rectangular hole through which wiring such as a power cord can be routed. Furthermore, as shown in Reference Oblique Views 1 and 2, which show other use states, two articles can be used as shelves, with at least one of the first and second support pieces fastened to a vertical surface such as a wall, with both ends of the shelf placed on both article holders.
