Abstract

This design image is displayed on an information display terminal and is intended to display the progress status of each task classified into each cycle of the PDCA cycle for a project. The "image diagram" displays a PDCA cycle circle with four areas—Plan, Do, Check, and Action—as well as arrows indicating the order of each cycle. Each area of ​​Plan, Do, Check, and Action displays a value (e.g., a percentage) indicating the progress status of each task associated with that area. The "image diagram" allows users (e.g., managers, staff, etc.) to grasp at a glance the progress status of tasks to be achieved from the perspective of each cycle of the PDCA cycle. For example, as shown in the "Example Reference Diagram," a user first identifies the improvement of the "approach list registration rate," a task classified and associated with Plan, as a planning activity, and then assesses its progress (28%) and strives to improve that rate in the future. Additionally, as a task categorized under Do, improving the "approach registration rate within the list" will be positioned as an action activity, and the progress of this will be monitored (66%) while striving to improve this rate in the future. Additionally, as a task categorized under Check, improving the "conversion rate" will be positioned as an evaluation activity, and the progress of this will be monitored (66%) while striving to improve this rate in the future. Additionally, as a task categorized under Action, improving the "average list conversion rate" will be positioned as an improvement activity, and the progress of this will be monitored (5.5%) while striving to improve this rate in the future.
