Abstract
(1) The product to which the design relates (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as the "product") is a health device that can effectively loosen the muscles and fascia by transmitting concentrated pressure stimulation, even to deep muscles that are difficult to reach with external stimulation, and has at least the following features from an aesthetic point of view: (2) That is, as shown in the reference diagram indicating the names of each part, the product has, as feature 1, a spherical pressure part 10 that is pressed against the treatment area, a grip part 12 with a narrow part 14, and a flat bottom part 16 that abuts against the floor or wall to maintain the position of the grip part; (3) Furthermore, as feature 2, the product has an elastic resin that makes up the surface of the health device, which is a laminate of multiple layers stacked from the front side to the back side, and for example, by arranging colors alternately, the complex color changes caused by the undulations of the surface can be expressed as a marble pattern. (4) Therefore, the spherical surface shape of the pressing portion 10 allows for the creation of a marbled pattern resembling an eye, while the surface shape of the constricted portion 14 of the grip portion 12 allows for the creation of a complex gradation pattern resembling the letter "X." In this case, as shown in the reference front view showing another example of a pattern, if different layers are used, the visible area of each layer may change, but this does not deviate from the scope of protection sought. (5) Furthermore, as Feature 3, this product has a predetermined hollow region 22 formed along the imaginary center line of the grip portion 12 from the bottom 16 side, and a stainless steel metal rigid core 18 is inserted into this hollow region 22. (6) After the rigid core 18 is inserted, a resin lid 20 made of the same resin as the elastic resin on the surface is embedded in the bottom 16 to flatten the surface. (7) Therefore, the surrounding resin layers and the resin lid 20 can each create a well-ordered layered pattern on the bottom 16 side. (8) In this way, by having features 1 to 3, various complex patterns can be formed due to the surface shape, significantly enhancing the design of the entire surface. (9) In addition, as shown in the reference diagram showing an example of how to use it, it is possible to perform treatments using a wide variety of pressures.
