Clothesline support extension device

Abstract

This article is an extension tool that is detachably attached to the end of the arm on which the clothesline rod is hung, in a clothesline rod support device that is attached to the wall or pillar of a building to support a clothesline rod. As shown in reference exploded perspective views 1 and 2, this article consists of an extension tool body, a clamping plate, a fixing screw, a washer, and an angle adjustment pin. The extension tool body and the clamping plate are fitted together to sandwich the end of the arm, which has an opening, from the front and rear, and both ends of the angle adjustment pin are inserted into the pin insertion holes in the extension tool body and the clamping plate. In this state, both fittings are fastened and fixed with the fixing screw, so that the extension tool body is attached to the end of the arm. Furthermore, the angle adjustment pin is abutted against the lower edge of the end of the arm, so that the article is held at a predetermined mounting angle relative to the end of the arm. Furthermore, as shown in reference front views 1 to 3 showing the state of use, this item allows the attachment angle to the tip of the arm to be adjusted in three stages by arbitrarily selecting and changing the pin insertion holes into which both ends of the angle adjustment pin are inserted from among the three pin insertion holes on the extension device body and the clamping plate.
