Insulation support

Abstract

This product is an insulation support attached to a cross member when installing insulation on the roof, ceiling, and floor of a building. As shown in the reference diagram showing the installation state, this product comprises an upper plate placed on the top of the cross member, a foot plate bent downward from the side edge of the upper plate and placed along the side of the cross member, a support plate on which the insulation is placed, an inclined plate bent downward from the support plate, and an abutment plate bent upward from the inclined plate and abutting the cross member. As shown in the reference diagram showing the name, the upper part of the abutment plate overlaps with the foot plate, improving the strength of the abutment plate and the foot plate, preventing downward deformation of the support plate due to the load of the insulation. This prevents a step from occurring between the cross member and the insulation.
