This is a dishwasher that is installed in a cafeteria and washes, drains, and stores dishes, trays, and eating utensils such as chopsticks, spoons, forks, etc. This dishwasher is equipped with a food waste treatment section that pre-washes dishes with a jet of water to remove any food residue, a washing and draining section that washes and drains dishes, trays, and eating utensils while transporting them, a dish storage section that sorts and stores drained dishes, a tray storage section that stacks and stores drained trays, and a transport section that transports dishes, etc., and each section is connected and functions as an integrated device, designed to perform the above washing work with a minimum of manpower.
