Abstract
This item is a bottle-mounted nipple-equipped device that connects directly to the end of a bottle or via a tube. Specifically, it combines a fake breast with a soft, elastic surface that mimics human skin and a nursing nipple with a tip shaped like a nipple, which is inserted through the rear opening of the fake breast and partially protrudes from the tip (see front view, rear view, right side view, AA cross-sectional view, and exploded cross-sectional view). The bottle to which this item is attached has an externally threaded bottle opening and is used in combination with an internally threaded fixing cap that fits the bottle opening. The base edge of the item's nursing nipple is tightly fastened to the bottle opening to allow nursing. The fake breast consists of a bulging body with a surface shape and surface hardness that mimics a mother's breast. The bulging body of the fake breast has a relatively small front (small) opening located in the center of the front end and a relatively large back (large) opening formed with a storage space at the rear, i.e., the base toward the bottle. The storage space on the rear opening of the artificial breast corresponds to the outer shape of the fixing cap of the baby bottle. As shown in the cross-sectional reference diagram of Usage State 1, the artificial breast can be placed over the fixing cap of the baby bottle to enable breastfeeding (Usage State 1). As shown in the image of Usage State 1, during breastfeeding in Usage State 1, the artificial breast comes into contact with the infant's mouth and cheek, allowing the infant to drink milk from the bottle in a manner similar to that of drinking actual breast milk. The nursing nipple also has an internal space at its base, and in Usage State 1, a tapered check valve part can be accommodated in the internal space of the nipple (see the cross-sectional exploded reference diagram). As an example of a combination of parts different from Usage State 1, a cross-sectional reference diagram and an image of Usage State 2 are shown. Usage State 2 further combines a check valve part and a tube part. Because this product allows for breastfeeding in a manner similar to that of drinking actual breast milk, continued use of this product is expected to have a positive effect on the emotional development of infants.
