Abstract

As shown in the image, this image is composed of an assumed vehicle width line (solid and dashed lines) and a steering-linked direction of travel line (solid line), which allow a remote operator using augmented reality technology to grasp the vehicle width and planned direction of travel of the actual forklift as it travels forward. As shown in the image diagram illustrating the name, this image is displayed in the same way even when a load is being loaded, and the reference diagram showing the forklift in use shows the forklift in use. As shown in the image diagram illustrating the changed state, the steering-linked direction of travel line (solid line) changes depending on the operator's steering operation of the forklift remotely controlled by the operator, as shown in Image 1 showing the changed state and Image 2 showing the changed state. Furthermore, when the forklift travels straight due to the steering operation, the dashed portion of the assumed vehicle width line and the steering-linked direction of travel line (solid line) are displayed superimposed, as shown in the image diagram. This image is intended to be displayed overlaid on video captured by one or more cameras attached to the remotely controlled forklift, as shown in the reference diagram showing the use state.
