Abstract

This image displays training history information performed using training equipment. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the names of each part, the set load display section shows the load set on the training equipment. The exercise count display section shows the number of repetitions performed using the training equipment. The exercise information (load / speed / power) display section shows the load of the training equipment, the movement speed, and the average and peak values ​​of power calculated from the load and movement speed. The repetition display bar below the exercise information (load / speed / power) display section shows the set number of training sets and repetitions as horizontal bars, and repetitions that do not satisfy the set stroke range are displayed in a different color. Below the repetition display bar, power information for each repetition is displayed as a bar graph. The above displays correspond to the training equipment on the left and right sides, respectively.
