Abstract

This image is an icon image displayed on a selection screen used to select a measuring instrument to be read when a processing device such as a computer reads measurement results from a measuring instrument such as a micrometer. For example, as shown in reference images Figures 1 and 3 which show the usage status, a selection screen including icon images for registered measuring instruments is displayed, and as shown in reference images Figures 2 and 4 which show the usage status, the background of the display area including the icon image of the selected measuring instrument on the selection screen is colored light orange. When a measuring instrument is connected to a processing device, status information is displayed that mimics a connected state with a white chain on a blue background, and when a measuring instrument is not connected to a processing device, status information is displayed that mimics a disconnected state with a black chain on a gray background.
