Abstract

This product is an automotive seat that allows the user inside the vehicle to reverse the direction they are sitting due to a flip-up mechanism. The seat cushion and backrest are connected via two arm members whose ends are mutually linked (see left side view), and the seat can be switched to the opposite direction by adjusting the angle of the arm members and rotating the backrest (see reference diagram showing the seat in use and left side view showing the seat in the reversed direction).
