[0001] The invention relates to a headrest. Such a headrest is known from prior use. The headrest comprises a headbox which is vertically height-adjustable relative to two support rods between an upper and a lower position. The headbox has sliding bearings for mounting on the support rods, which are formed in both side regions of the headbox.
