Abstract

This property is a five-story house. Balconies are provided on the front of the house from the second to the fifth floor. The exterior walls forming the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the front balcony section are tiled, as are the exterior walls forming the left and right sides. In other words, the tiled exterior walls form a frame-like structure on the front of the house, appearing as if they were picture frames. Furthermore, glass railings are provided on the front of the balconies from the second to the fourth floors, and a U-shaped glass railing is provided on the fifth-floor balcony. Openings are formed in the exterior walls forming the left and right sides of each balcony from the second to the fourth floor.
