Abstract

This property is a five-story house. The front of the house has balconies from the second to the fifth floor. The surface finish of the exterior walls forming the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the front balcony section, as well as the surface finish of the exterior walls forming the left and right sides, is spray-painted. In other words, the spray-painted exterior walls form a frame-like structure on the front of the house, appearing as if they are picture frames. Furthermore, from the second to the fifth floor, there are handrail walls that are thinner than the exterior walls forming the frame, creating a step between these exterior walls and the handrail walls corresponding to the difference in thickness. The surface finish of the handrail walls is also spray-painted, similar to the surface finish of the exterior walls forming the frame.
