Abstract

A few years ago, wearing a helmet while cycling became a recommended practice. I created this hat because I thought there would be a need for a hat that could be worn over a helmet while cycling in hot summer or rainy weather. It can be used as a regular hat by closing the buttons and zipper. Waterproof fabric was used.
