Abstract
This product is a shoe cover that protects safety shoes and other footwear from the adhesion of substances generated at various work sites, such as painting sites and welding sites. For example, at a painting site, even if paint splatters generated during painting work fall onto the surface of the shoe, such as the instep or laces, the shoe cover can protect the surface of the shoe. This reduces the frequency of shoe replacement. It also prevents paint from hardening on the laces, making it difficult for workers to tie them, thus reducing the burden on workers. For example, at a welding site, even if sparks (spatter) generated during welding work fall onto the surface of the shoe, the shoe cover can protect the surface of the shoe and prevent burns caused by the sparks. This product comprises a cover section, a first sewn section, a second sewn section, a first attachment / detachment section, a second attachment / detachment section, a mounting section, and a mounting sewn section. The cover section is capable of covering the worker's shoe. Furthermore, the first and second sewing sections are sewn on the left and right sides in the vertical direction of the cover section to correspond to the instep of the worker's shoe, thus conforming to the shape of the worker's shoe. The attachment section is provided in a curved shape from the back to the front of the cover section and is configured to be inserted through the shoelaces of the worker's shoe, and the attachment sewing section is constructed by sewing the attachment section to the center of the surface of the cover section. The first attachment / detachment section is provided near the tip of the attachment section, and the second attachment / detachment section is provided near the center of the surface of the cover section. As shown in the reference perspective diagram 1-2 showing the state of use, first, the worker inserts the attachment section of this product through the shoelaces of their shoe from bottom to top. Also, as shown in the reference perspective diagram 3 showing the state of use, the worker attaches the first attachment / detachment section near the tip of the inserted attachment section to the second attachment / detachment section near the center of the surface of the cover section, thereby fixing the cover section to the shoe. As shown in the reference perspective diagram 4 illustrating the usage state, the worker can attach the shoe cover of this product to their own shoes. To remove the shoe cover of this product, simply reverse the above procedure. The material of the cover and attachment part can be, for example, a reflective cover with a metal film such as aluminum on the surface. In this case, for example, if paint adheres to the reflective cover during painting work, it can be easily peeled off after drying. Also, the shape of the cover part does not have to be strictly symmetrical.Furthermore, the first and second fastening parts can be of different types, such as hooks, hook-and-loop fasteners, or other fasteners.
