The sleeve includes a front sleeve portion and a rear sleeve portion, and the front sleeve portion and the rear sleeve portion are integrated at an upper side which is the upper hem continuing to the upper end. Further, the front sleeve portion and the rear sleeve portion are connected to each other along a lower side which is the hem opposite to the upper side, at a position distant by at least a predetermined length from the cuff so as to form a tubular shape.
