To provide a method of simply assessing the skin internal tissue of the face.SOLUTION: The method of assessing a skin internal tissue of a face includes assessing skin internal tissue information of at least one selected from among a masseter tissue outside fat amount, a masseter cross-section, a ratio of a subcutaneous fat amount of a cheek to a masseter amount, and a ratio of a subcutaneous fat amount of the cheek to a zygomatic muscle amount, of the subject, on the basis of a cheek pressure of the subject as an index.SELECTED DRAWING: None
