Abstract

To correctly estimate behavioral factors of object person's behavior.SOLUTION: A behavioral factor estimation device 100 uses a behavioral factor estimation model to estimate behavioral factors of object person's behavior. The behavioral factor estimation device 100 determines whether learning data of behavior and work situation corresponding to newly estimated object person's behavior and work situation is included in learning data used in previous learning by the model, for example, by referring to estimation feasibility determination setting H. The behavioral factor estimation device 100 determines whether it is possible to estimate the behavioral factors of the object person's behavior using the model based on determination results. The determination results can include, for example, three situations such that: (1) estimation is possible without re-learning by the model; (2) re-learning by the model may be effective; and (3) risk of erroneous determination is high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
