[Diagram 5] 1 is a schematic diagram showing a packaging bag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0020] The light-shielding material of the present embodiment is a film-like light-shielding material for shading chlorous acid water or an article containing chlorous acid water, and has a transmittance of 1% or less for light having a wavelength of 200 to 700 nm. With such a light-shielding material, deterioration of chlorous acid due to light can be suppressed.

[0021] It is known that chlorous acid is decomposed by ultraviolet irradiation. However, according to the inventor's intensive research, it has been found that the deterioration of chlorous acid cannot be sufficiently suppressed by simply blocking the ultraviolet rays that are irradiated to chlorous acid water or the article that contains chlorous acid water. That is, chlorous acid is decomposed not only by ultraviolet rays but also by visible light, so in order to store chlorous acid water or the article that contains chlorous acid water for a long period of time, it is also necessary to block visible light.

[0022] 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a light-shielding material 100 according to this embodiment. The light-shielding material 100 has a film (light-shielding layer) that is light-shielding to visible light. The light-shielding material 100 may be composed of only the light-shielding film (light-shielding layer) 101, or may further include other layers.

[0023] The light-shielding layer may be a layer containing an inorganic pigment. The inorganic pigment is not particularly limited, but is preferably at least one of a black pigment and a white pigment. Examples of the white pigment include silica, titanium oxide, alumina, etc. Examples of the black pigment include carbon black, etc. Other examples of the inorganic pigment include layered minerals such as mica.

[0024] The light-shielding layer may be, for example, a layer having an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin. Such a layer may also function as a heat-fusible layer (sealant layer). The layer having an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin is a layer in which the inorganic pigment is contained within the sealant layer.

[0025] Specific examples of thermoplastic resins include ethylene-based resins such as low-density polyethylene resin (LDPE), medium-density polyethylene resin (MDPE), linear low-density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer; and polyolefin-based resins such as blend resins of polyethylene and polybutene, and polypropylene-based resins such as propylene-ethylene random copolymer, propylene-ethylene block copolymer, and propylene-α-olefin copolymer.

[0026] The layer containing an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin may be a film obtained by forming a material in which an inorganic pigment is kneaded into a thermoplastic resin, or a coating film obtained by applying and drying an inorganic ink containing an inorganic pigment, a thermoplastic resin, and a solvent, or the like.

[0027] The light-shielding material may have a plurality of light-shielding layers. For example, the light-shielding material may have a multi-layer structure in which two or more light-shielding layers are laminated. An example of a laminate of two or more layers containing an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin is a laminate of an LLDPE layer (white layer) kneaded with a white pigment and an LLDPE layer (black layer) kneaded with a black pigment, laminated in this order of white-black-white.

[0028] The thickness of the light-shielding layer may be 5 to 150 μm, 15 to 90 μm, or 20 to 80 μm.

[0029] The light-shielding material may have a sealant layer in addition to the light-shielding layer. When the light-shielding material has a sealant layer, the light-shielding material can also be used as a packaging material. The thickness of the sealant layer may be 5 to 150 μm, 15 to 90 μm, or 20 to 80 μm. Examples of materials for the sealant layer include the above-mentioned thermoplastic resins.

[0030] The light-shielding material may have a gas barrier layer. The gas barrier layer is not particularly limited, and may be a layer (vapor deposition layer) on which a metal or an inorganic compound is vapor-deposited. The vapor-deposited layer may be obtained by vapor-depositing aluminum, and aluminum oxide (AlO x ), silicon oxide (SiO x ) (x is, for example, 1.0 to 2.0), and from the viewpoint of resistance to chlorous acid or a salt thereof, the vapor deposition layer may be a layer containing an oxide. When the light-shielding material has a gas barrier layer, it is possible to suppress a decrease in concentration due to the dissipation of chlorous acid.

[0031] The thickness of the vapor-deposited layer may be appropriately set depending on the intended use, but is preferably 30 nm or more, 50 nm or more, and 100 nm or less, 80 nm or less. By setting the thickness of the vapor-deposited layer to 30 nm or more, the continuity of the vapor-deposited layer is easily ensured, and by setting the thickness to 100 nm or less, the occurrence of curling or cracking can be sufficiently suppressed, and sufficient gas barrier performance and flexibility can be easily achieved.

[0032] The light shielding material may have a base film. The base film may be a flexible film. The base film may include, for example, a film-like thermoplastic polymer. Examples of the flexible film include biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polyamide (OPA), non-oriented polypropylene (CPP), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), and low density polyethylene (LDPE). The thickness of the base film may be 5 to 150 μm, 15 to 90 μm, or 20 to 80 μm.

[0033] The transmittance of the light-shielding material for light with a wavelength of 200 to 700 nm may be 0.9% or less, 0.8% or less, 0.7% or less, or 0.6% or less. Also, the transmittance of the light-shielding layer in the light-shielding material for light with a wavelength of 200 to 700 nm may be 0.9% or less, 0.8% or less, 0.7% or less, or 0.6% or less.

[0034] The light-shielding material may be light-shielding against ultraviolet rays. The transmittance of the light-shielding material for wavelengths of 200 nm or more and less than 400 nm may be 0.5% or less, 0.3% or less, 0.2% or less, 0.1% or less, or substantially 0%. The transmittance of the light-shielding layer in the light-shielding material for light with wavelengths of 200 nm or more and less than 400 nm may be 0.5% or less, 0.3% or less, 0.2% or less, 0.1% or less, or substantially 0%.

[0035] The light-shielding material of this embodiment can be used to shield the hypochlorous acid water or the article containing hypochlorous acid water in the container by wrapping it around the container after the hypochlorous acid water or the article containing hypochlorous acid water is contained in the container. After wrapping the light-shielding material around the container, the wrapped state may be fixed with an adhesive, adhesive tape, or the like. The container is not particularly limited as long as it can contain hypochlorous acid water or the article containing hypochlorous acid water, and may be made of any material such as glass, resin, or metal such as stainless steel. The container may be sealed with a lid such as a screw cap, or the opening may be sealed by welding after the hypochlorous acid water or the article containing hypochlorous acid water is placed in the container.

[0036] The light-shielding material of the present embodiment may be included in the packaging material. That is, the packaging material may be formed from the light-shielding material, and may additionally have other layers. In the case of the packaging material, it may be made into a packaging bag by bagging.

[0037] The packaging material (which may be a light-shielding material) according to this embodiment is a packaging material for forming a packaging bag for containing hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water, and may include the above-mentioned light-shielding layer. The packaging material may have a sealant layer and a base film in addition to the light-shielding layer, and the sealant layer may be the outermost layer of the packaging material so as to constitute the innermost layer when the packaging bag is made. The outermost layer on the opposite side to the sealant layer may be a base film. The packaging material may further have a gas barrier layer.

[0038] Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a packaging material (which may be a light-shielding material) 10 according to this embodiment. In Fig. 2, the packaging material 10 includes a base film 1, an adhesive layer 2, and a sealant layer 3, in this order. In the packaging material of Fig. 2, the sealant layer 3 contains an inorganic pigment together with the thermoplastic resin. In other words, the sealant layer also functions as a light-shielding layer. Such a packaging material 10 can be obtained by forming a layer of an adhesive composition (adhesive layer 2) on the base film 1 by a dry lamination method or the like, and laminating the sealant layer 3 on the adhesive layer.

The packaging bag 110 has a storage section 102 surrounded by the heat-sealed parts of the three pieces. The storage section can store hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water. After storing hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water in the storage section, the opening of the packaging bag can be sealed by heat sealing or the like to produce a package that stores hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water in the packaging bag.

[0042] In this specification, chlorous acid water is an aqueous solution produced by the following reaction. First, an aqueous solution in which chloric acid or a chlorate is dissolved is prepared. The aqueous solution is obtained by adding hydrochloric acid to an aqueous solution in which sodium chloride is dissolved, and electrolysis is performed in a membrane-free electrolytic cell under acidic conditions (see formula A below), or by adding sulfuric acid to an aqueous solution of a chlorate to make it strongly acidic, thereby generating chloric acid (see formula B below). Next, hydrogen peroxide is added to cause a reduction reaction to generate chlorous acid (HClO2) in the aqueous solution (see formulas C and D below), thereby obtaining chlorous acid water. The chlorate may be sodium chlorate. When carrying out the reaction of formula B, sulfuric acid may be added so that the pH of the aqueous solution of chloric acid is maintained within the range of 2.3 to 3.4. Formula A: NaCl + 3H2O + 6e - →NaClO3+3H2↑ B formula: 2NaClO3+H2SO4→2HClO3+Na2SO4↓ C formula: 2HClO3+H2O2→2ClO2+2H2O+O2↑ D formula: 2ClO2+H2O2→2HClO2+O2↑

[0043] In order to stably maintain chlorous acid (HClO2) for a long period of time, the chlorous acid water may contain at least one compound selected from the group consisting of inorganic acids, inorganic acid salts, organic acids, and organic acid salts.
