Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a double container with a pump. [Background technology]

[0002] It is known that the container is made up of a container body with a neck part standing up from a body part and a discharge pump attached to the neck part, the container body being a laminated container body made of an outer layer and an inner layer, and a retaining rib is formed by raising the bottom of the container body and sandwiching the inner layer between the outer layers inside the raised part (Patent Document 1). When the contents are sucked up and negative pressure is generated, the inner layer peels off from the outer layer at the body part, reducing its volume and deforming, while leaving the fixed parts to the outer layer at the retaining rib and neck part. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication 2014-193741 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the container of Patent Document 1, a phenomenon occurs in which the flexible inner layer clings to the discharge pump (hereinafter referred to as "clinging") during the dispensing operation. When the discharge pump is pulled out for refilling after the contents have been used up, the inner layer clinging to the discharge pump provides significant resistance to the pulling action, and there is also a risk that the suction pipe of the discharge pump will fall off.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of a double container with a pump, in which the inner container is attached to the discharge pump, making it difficult to remove the discharge pump. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The first means is a double-container body 1 having a neck portion 6 standing upright from a body portion 4, and an inner container 1b that can be deformed by reducing its volume by applying negative pressure to the inside of an outer container 1a that is an outer shell portion; a discharge pump 10 which is removably attached to the mouth / neck portion 6 and has a suction port 32 at the lower end of a cylinder member 20 inserted inside the mouth / neck portion 6, and a discharge port 39 in a discharge head 35 which is arranged above the mouth / neck portion 6 so as to be capable of rising and falling; and a pump adapter 40 disposed in the double container body 1 and formed to detachably receive the lower half LH of the cylinder member 20. This pump adapter 40 is configured to surround the lower half LH, thereby preventing the inner container 1b from clinging to the lower half LH when the inside of the double container body 1 is made negative pressure by the discharge of the contents, and is configured so that the lower half LH detaches from the inside of the pump adapter 40 when the discharge pump 10 is pulled out of the mouth and neck portion 6.

[0007] As shown in FIG. 1, this means includes a pump adapter 40 that is disposed within a double container body 1 and is configured to removably accommodate the lower half LH of a cylinder member 20 of a discharge pump 10 that is attached to the mouth and neck portion 6 of the double container body 1. This pump adapter 40 is formed to surround the lower half LH, thereby preventing the inner container 1b from clinging to the lower half LH when the inside of the double container body 1 is made negative pressure by the discharge of the contents. As shown in FIG. 5(B), when the discharge pump 10 is pulled out from the mouth / neck portion 6, the lower half portion LH is configured to be detached from the inside of the pump adapter 40. According to this structure, the pump adapter 40 surrounds the lower half LH of the cylinder member 20, so that even if the double container body 1 is subjected to a negative pressure, the inner container 1b can be held by the pump adapter 40 instead of the cylinder member 20, thereby preventing the inner container 1b from being held by the lower half LH. Furthermore, when the discharge pump 10 is pulled out from the mouth / neck portion 6, the lower half LH is released from inside the pump adapter 40, so that the resistance to pulling out the discharge pump 10 can be significantly reduced.

[0008] The second means has the first means, and the pump adapter 40 has an engaging portion 44 that can be releasably engaged with the inner surface of the mouth and neck portion 6, and can be temporarily fastened into the mouth and neck portion 6 via this engaging portion 44. By inserting the cylinder member 20 into the pump adapter 40, it is formed so that it can be detached from the mouth and neck portion 6 and attached to the outer surface of the cylinder member 20.

[0009] In this means, pump adapter 40 has a locking portion 44 that can be detachably locked to the inner surface of mouth-neck portion 6 of double container body 1, as shown in Fig. 4. And, pump adapter 40 can be temporarily fastened to the mouth-neck portion 6 via this locking portion 44. Also, by inserting cylinder member 20 into pump adapter 40 as shown in Fig. 5(C), pump adapter 40 falls off from mouth-neck portion 6 and is attached to the outer surface of cylinder member 20 as shown in Fig. 5(D). According to this structure, by using a refill container R with a pump adapter 40 already attached to the mouth and neck portion 6 of the double container body 1, it is possible to prevent the inner container 1b from clinging to the cylinder member 20 even after the refilling operation. Therefore, the discharge pump can be easily removed in the next refilling operation, making it easy to perform the refilling operation again.

[0010] The third means comprises the second means, and the pump adapter 40 has an easily extensible portion 50 in a portion of its longitudinal direction which is plastically extensible in the vertical direction, and has an abutment portion 54 below this easily extensible portion 50 for abutting against the lower end of the cylinder member 20, so that the pump adapter 40 falls out while being stretched from within the mouth / neck portion 6 due to this abutment.

[0011] In this embodiment, a portion of the pump adapter 40 in the longitudinal direction is formed into an easily extensible portion 50 that is plastically extensible in the vertical direction, as shown in Fig. 3(B) to Fig. 2. Also, an abutment portion 54 for abutting against the lower end of the cylinder member 20 is provided below the easily extensible portion 50. By this abutment, the pump adapter 40 falls out while being stretched from within the mouth / neck portion 6, as shown in Fig. 5(D). According to this structure, pump adapter 40 can be inserted into mouth and neck portion 6 in the short form shown in FIG. 3(B), making the insertion process easier than when it is inserted in the long form shown in FIG. 2, and it can be easily attached to mouth and neck portion 6.

[0012] The fourth means includes any one of the first means to the third means, and the cylinder member 20 includes a suction pipe 31 protruding downward from a cylinder body 22; The pump adapter 40 comprises a base 42 which is detachably fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body 22, and an enclosure 46 which is suspended from the base 42 and surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the suction pipe 31 with a gap G between the outer peripheral surface and the enclosure 46. The surrounding body 46 is formed of a plurality of ring bodies 48 arranged in the vertical direction and a plurality of easy-to-extend portions 50 connecting the adjacent ring bodies 48 to each other.

[0013] 2, the pump adapter 40 has an enclosure 46 that is suspended from a base 42 that fits onto the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder body 22 and surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the suction pipe 31 with a gap G therebetween. The enclosure 46 is formed of a plurality of ring bodies 48 arranged vertically and a plurality of easy-to-extend portions 50 that connect adjacent ring bodies 48 together. According to this structure, by providing a gap G between the outer peripheral surface of the suction pipe 31 and the surrounding body 46, it is possible to prevent the inner container 1b from coming into contact with the suction pipe 31 in the gaps between the ring bodies 48, thereby ensuring the regulation of the attachment of the inner container 1b to the discharge pump 10. Effect of the Invention

[0014] According to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience that it is difficult to remove the discharge pump due to the attachment of the inner container to the discharge pump, and it becomes easy to replace the discharge pump. [Brief description of the drawings]

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THEINVENTION

[0016] 1 to 5 show a double container with a pump according to an embodiment of the present invention. This container is composed of a double container body 1, a discharge pump 10, a pump adapter 40, and a head cover 60. However, the head cover 60 can be omitted. Each of these members can be made of, for example, synthetic resin or metal.

[0017] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, the double-layered container body 1 has a neck portion 6 standing upright from the upper end of a body portion 4 connected to a bottom portion 2 via a shoulder portion 5. A male thread portion 8 is formed on the outer surface of the neck portion 6. However, these structures can be modified as appropriate. An inward protrusion 7 is formed on the inner surface of the mouth-neck portion 6 for engaging with an engaging portion 44 described below. The inward protrusion 7 in the illustrated example is a portion that gently rises inward. In the illustrated example, the inward protrusion 7 is provided around the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the mouth-neck portion 6. However, the shape and arrangement thereof can be changed as appropriate. The double container body 1 consists of an outer container 1a which is the outer shell, and a flexible inner container (inner bag) 1b arranged inside this outer container 1a, and is formed so that the inner container 1b can be deformed to reduce its volume by creating a negative pressure inside. The double-layer container body 1 of this embodiment is a laminated container (delamination container) formed by laminating an inner layer 1b, which is an inner container, inside an outer layer 1a, which is an outer container. The bottom 2, body 4, shoulder 5, and neck 6 are each formed of an outer layer portion and an inner layer portion. The inner layer 1b is formed so that it can be peeled off from the outer layer 1a at the outer periphery of the bottom 2, the body 4, and the shoulder 5 by applying a negative pressure inside, with the neck 6 and a part of the bottom 2 (retaining rib 3a described later) being fixed to the outer layer 1a (non-peelable portion). However, the structure can be changed as appropriate, and for example, the inner container 1b may be separated from the bottom 2. Furthermore, the outer layer 1a has air inlet holes (not shown) at appropriate positions for introducing outside air between the outer layer 1a and the inner layer 1b.

[0018] In this embodiment, the bottom 2 has an outer periphery that contacts an external placement surface, and a central portion that rises upward to form a raised portion 3. A holding rib 3a extending in the front-rear direction is formed on the inside of this raised portion. The retaining rib 3a is formed by sandwiching the inner layer 1b between the outer layers 1a from the left and right directions in the pinch-off portion of the mold and joining them. The retaining rib 3a may have a plurality of joining portions (not shown) formed in the front-rear direction. In this specification, for convenience of explanation, the right side of FIG. 1 will be referred to as "rear", the left side as "front", and the directions perpendicular to the paper surface as "left and right".

[0019] The discharge pump 10 is a member removably attached to the mouth-neck portion 6, and has a suction port 32 at the lower end of a cylinder member 20 inserted inside the mouth-neck portion 6, and a discharge port 39 in a discharge head 35 arranged above the mouth-neck portion 6 so as to be capable of rising and falling. The discharge head 35 is configured to rise and fall so as to suck the liquid in the double container body 1 through the suction port 32 and discharge it from the discharge port 39. As most of the structure of the discharge pump 10 is known, only a brief description will be given. The discharge pump 10 of this embodiment is formed of a mounting member 12, a cylinder member 20, and an operating member 33, as shown in FIG. The mounting member 12 is a member detachably mounted on the mouth and neck portion 6, and in the illustrated example, an inward flange 16 is protruded from the upper end of a mounting tube 14 fitted to the outer surface of the mouth and neck portion 6. A guide tube portion 17 for guiding the elevation and lowering of a head main body 37 described below is erected from the upper end of the mounting tube 14, and a gripping tube portion 18 is suspended downward and outward from the upper end of the guide tube portion 17. A female thread portion 15 that meshes with the male thread portion 8 is formed on the inner surface of the mounting tube 14. A contact rib 19 that contacts the lower end of the peripheral wall of a head cover 60 described below is provided around the lower end of the gripping tube portion 18. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, the cylinder member 20 is composed of a cylinder body 22, a connecting tube portion 30 that is integrally suspended from the cylinder body 22, and a suction pipe 31 that is connected to the connecting tube portion 30. The suction port 32 is opened at the lower end of the suction pipe 31. As shown in Fig. 1, a flange portion 24 is attached to the upper end of the peripheral wall (cylinder peripheral wall) of the cylinder body 22, and an annular bottom plate 26 is attached to the lower end of the peripheral wall. The connecting tube portion 30 is suspended from the annular bottom plate 26. The flange portion 24 is placed on the upper end surface of the neck portion 6 via a packing 25, and is sandwiched together with the packing 25 between the inward flange 16 and the neck portion 6. The lower portion of the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder body 22 is a portion (fitting portion 28) for fitting with a base portion 42 of a pump adapter 40 described later. The fitting portion 28 in the illustrated example has a plurality of vertical grooves formed in a knurled manner. The actuating member 33 is linked to a piston (not shown) that slides against the inner surface of the cylinder body 22, and has a stem 34 that can be raised and lowered and is biased upward from inside the neck portion 6, and a discharge head 35 is attached to the upper end of the stem 34. The discharge head 35 in the illustrated example is attached to a base portion (joint portion) 36 connected to the stem 34, with a head body 37 biased upward so that it can be raised and lowered, and a discharge port 39 is opened at the tip of a horizontal nozzle 38 incorporated in the head body 37. The base portion 36 has a lower joint tube 36a that fits with the stem 34 and an upper joint tube 36b that is connected to the head body 37 side, and the stem 34 is connected to the discharge port 39 via both joint tubes. However, the structure of the discharge head 35 can be changed as appropriate.

[0020] The pump adapter 40 is a member that is attached to the outer surface of the discharge pump 10 and serves to reduce the adhesive force of the inner container 1b to the discharge pump 10. In this embodiment, the pump adapter 40 is formed of a base portion 42, an enclosure 46 which is an intermediate portion, and a tip portion 52, as shown in FIG. However, the structure of the pump adapter 40 can be modified as appropriate.

[0021] The base 42 is a part that is removably attached to the cylinder body 22 when the discharge operation is being performed, and on the other hand, when the pump adapter 40 is temporarily set (hereinafter referred to as "temporarily fastened") in the mouth and neck portion 6, it is a part for assembly to the mouth of the double container body 1 (inside the mouth and neck portion 6 in the illustrated example). The base portion 42 in this embodiment is formed as a single cylindrical body (base cylindrical portion) that is fitted onto the outer surface of the cylinder main body 22, but the structure thereof can be modified as appropriate. In the illustrated example, as shown in Fig. 2, the upper half 42a of the base tube part 42 is detachably fitted into the fitting part 28 of the cylinder body 22. The fitting strength should be designed so that when the attachment tube 14 is unscrewed from the neck part 6 with the inner container 1b held by the pump adapter 40, as shown in Fig. 5(A), the base tube part 42 and the fitting part 28 are separated by yielding to the holding force. 2, the lower half 42b of the base tube portion 42 extends downward from the cylinder body 22 and surrounds the periphery of the connecting tube portion 30. As shown in FIG. 3(A), the base tube portion 42 has an upward step 43 provided between its upper half 42a and its lower half 42b, which has a smaller inner diameter than the upper half. The peripheral edge of the annular bottom plate 26 of the cylinder body 22 is engaged with this upward step 43. In this way, the cylinder body 22 is fitted into the base tube portion 43 at a constant depth. In the illustrated example, a locking portion 44 for locking to the inner surface of the mouth / neck portion 6 is formed at an appropriate position on the outer surface of the base tube portion 42 (the upper end portion in the illustrated example). In the illustrated example, the locking portion 44 is shallowly locked to the upper side of the inward protrusion 7. Therefore, when the lower end of the suction pipe 31 presses down on a contact portion 54 of the pump adapter 40 described below, the locking portion 44 can easily get over the inward protrusion 7.

[0022] In this embodiment, the surrounding body 46 is a portion that surrounds the connecting tube portion 30 and the suction pipe 31. This prevents the inner container 1b, which is subject to volume reduction and deformation due to negative pressure in the double container body 1, from adhering to the connecting tube portion 30 and the suction pipe 31. Here, in this specification, "surrounding" refers to surrounding the periphery of the discharge pump 10 so that the inner container 1b does not come into contact with the discharge pump 10, and it does not matter if the discharge pump is not shielded from the surroundings. In this embodiment, the enclosure 46 is formed so as to be stretchable in the vertical direction. Specifically, the enclosure 46 is formed of a plurality of ring bodies 48, which will be described later, and an easily extensible portion 50, which is a bridge portion (or a diagonal piece) that is installed between adjacent ring bodies 48, which will be described later. However, this structure can be modified as appropriate. For example, although not shown, the ring bodies can be omitted, and a structure can be adopted in which a plurality of thin bridge portions are connected to each other in a zigzag shape (vertical zigzag line shape) at nodes (joints). The structures of the ring bodies and the easily deformable portion will be described in detail later. It is desirable to design the length of the enclosure 46 so that it can enclose the entire length of the suction pipe 31. This eliminates or greatly reduces the area of the outer surface of the discharge pump 10 that embraces the inner container 1b, making it possible to pull out the discharge pump 10 with little force. 2, in this embodiment, the shape of the surrounding body 46 is designed so that the surrounding body 46 is disposed along an imaginary cylindrical circumferential surface (cylindrical circumferential surface in the illustrated example) I of a straight cylinder disposed concentrically with the cylinder body 22. However, any shape may be used as long as it is possible to avoid the inner container 1b from being clinging to the connecting tubular portion 30 and the suction pipe 31. The inner diameter of the surrounding body 46 is set so as to ensure a gap G between the surrounding body 46 and the suction pipe 31. This makes it possible to prevent the inner container 1b from coming into contact with the suction pipe 31 in the gaps between the ring bodies 48, and reliably prevents the inner container 1b from sticking to the discharge pump 10.

[0023] In this embodiment, the surrounding body 46 is formed of a plurality of horizontal ring bodies 48 of the same shape and size arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and an easily extensible portion 50 connecting adjacent ring bodies 48. This allows the surrounding body 46 to be elastically extensible from the molded shape shown in Fig. 3(B) to the vertically elongated shape shown in Fig. 2. In the state at the time of molding, the surrounding body 46 is formed as a hollow cylindrical frame body as shown in FIG. 3(B), and is formed so that the cylinder member 20 can be inserted into the inside of this frame body. In this embodiment, the easy extensible portion 50 is formed by connecting a first easy deformable end portion 50b, which is bent upward, and a second easy deformable end portion 50c, which is bent downward, on both sides of a horizontal intermediate portion 50a. The easy deformable ends 50b and 50c are plastically deformed, so that the intermediate portion 50a is inclined as shown in Fig. 2. As a result, each easy extensible portion 50 is stretched in the vertical direction, and the surrounding body 46 as a whole is also stretched. In this specification, "stretching" means expanding in the axial direction (vertical direction) of the cylinder body, and includes both stretching due to bending deformation and stretching due to linear stretching deformation. "Plastically" means that it does not return to its original shape after being stretched. In the illustrated example, a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) easy-to-stretch portions 50 are disposed equiangularly spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction between adjacent ring bodies 48. This allows the surrounding body 46 to be stably stretched in the vertical direction.

[0024] The tip portion 52 is a portion for abutting the lower end of the suction pipe 31. In the illustrated example, this portion is formed in a cylindrical body (tip tube portion 52) as shown in Fig. 3(C). A plurality of (four in the illustrated example) protruding piece-like abutment portions 54 are provided so as to protrude inward in the cylindrical direction from the inner surface of the cylindrical body, and the lower end of the suction pipe 31 can abut against the tips of these abutment portions 54. A reinforcing ring 56 surrounding the lower end of the suction pipe 31 is provided continuously to the plurality of abutment portions 54.

[0025] The head cover 60 is cylindrical with a top, and the lower part of the outer peripheral wall thereof is detachably fitted onto the outer surface of the gripping tube portion 18 .

[0026] In the above configuration, when discharging the liquid contents from the container, the discharge head 35 is simply pressed in, and as the operating member 33 rises and falls, the liquid in the double container body 1 is sucked up from the suction port 32 through a first check valve (not shown) into the cylinder body 22, and then discharged from the cylinder body 22 through a second suction valve (not shown) through the discharge port 39. As the liquid content is sucked up, the pressure inside the double-container body 1 becomes negative, and the inner container 1b separates from the outer container 1a at the outer periphery of the bottom 2, the body 4, and the shoulder 5, and undergoes volume reduction and deformation. However, since the pump adapter 40 surrounds the discharge pump 10, the inner container 1b does not become attached to the discharge pump 10. When the contents are used up, the inner container 1b is attached to the outer surface of the pump adaptor 40 as shown in FIG. 5(A). When carrying out a refilling operation, as shown in FIG. 5(B), a refill container R is prepared, and the mounting cylinder 14 of the discharge pump 10 is unscrewed from the mouth and neck portion 6 of the empty container. Then, the cylinder member 20 of the discharge pump 10 is inserted into the pump adapter 40 that is temporarily fastened to the mouth and neck portion 6 of the refill container R. Then, the tip portion of the cylinder member 20 presses down the abutment portion 54 of the pump adapter 40. 5(D), the enclosure 46 is stretched in the vertical direction. Also, the locking portion 44 of the pump adapter 40 climbs over the inward protrusion 7 of the double container body 1, causing the pump adapter 40 to fall off the mouth / neck portion 6 and be attached to the cylinder member 20. Thereafter, the attachment tube 14 is screwed onto the mouth / neck portion 6 of the double container body 1, making it possible to use the pump adapter again.

[0027] According to the above-described configuration and function, the pump adapter 40 surrounds the lower half LH of the cylinder member 20 and prevents the inner container 1b from being attached to the lower half LH, thereby reducing resistance to the withdrawal of the discharge pump 10 and facilitating the refilling operation. Furthermore, refilling can be easily performed by using a refill container R in which a pump adapter 40 is temporarily fastened via a locking portion 44 within the mouth and neck portion 6 of the double container body. Since a portion of pump adaptor 40 in the longitudinal direction is made into easy-to-extend portion 50, pump adaptor 40 can be easily attached to mouth / neck portion 6. By providing a gap G between the outer circumferential surface of the suction pipe 31 and the surrounding body 46, the adhesion of the inner container 1b to the discharge pump 10 can be reliably restricted.
