Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing a rubber-backed member, an adhesive sheet, and a rubber-backed member. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 describes a method for manufacturing a plate with a seal, using a cavity plate having a groove in which the seal is formed and a groove (side lip) for allowing the rubber to escape. The method for manufacturing a plate with a seal described in Patent Document 1 allows the expansion of the rubber during cross-linking of the seal to flow into the side lip, so that burrs are generated only in the specified positions of the seal. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2013-181551 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The method for manufacturing a sealed member described in Patent Document 1 controls the position where burrs are generated, but does not suppress the generation of burrs themselves, which poses the problem of the need for a process for removing burrs. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] A manufacturing method for a rubber-attached member in one embodiment includes a step of contacting an adhesive sheet having a concave structure on a first surface with an uncrosslinked rubber member and a step of contacting a second surface of the adhesive sheet with a substrate, and a step of heating the rubber member to bond the substrate and the rubber member.

[0006] In one embodiment of the method for manufacturing a rubber-backed member, the density of the recessed structure in the center of the first surface of the adhesive sheet is made higher than the density of the recessed structure in the end portions of the first surface of the adhesive sheet.

[0007] The adhesive sheet of one embodiment is an adhesive sheet for bonding a substrate and a rubber member, and has a recessed structure on one surface that is bonded to the rubber member.

[0008] The rubber-backed member of one embodiment includes a base material, a rubber member, and an adhesive sheet located between the base material and the rubber member and having a recessed structure on one surface that comes into contact with the rubber member. Effect of the Invention

[0009] According to the manufacturing method of a member with rubber, the adhesive sheet, and the member with rubber of the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of burrs in the rubber member. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] This embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following disclosure, an example will be described in which the substrate is a separator, the adhesive sheet is an adhesive resin sheet, and the rubber is a sealing part. Such a separator with sealing parts can be applied to the sealing parts between cells of a fuel cell.

[0012] The separator substrate serving as the substrate is preferably any one of a metal material, a resin material, and a graphite material. The adhesive resin sheet is preferably made of a thermoplastic resin. The adhesive resin sheet has a stepped groove or a through groove when viewed from a cross section. The sealing part is preferably a rubber gasket.

[0013] The adhesive resin sheet is preferably temporarily bonded to the separator by any one of thermocompression bonding, ultrasonic bonding, vibration bonding, and laser. The method for bonding the separator and the sealing part via the adhesive resin sheet is preferably an insert molding method, a transfer method, or a lamination method. These methods are as follows.

[0014] Insert molding method The separator substrate with adhesive resin sheet is set in the mold. Next, heat and pressure are applied to the uncrosslinked rubber, so that the uncrosslinked rubber that is the raw material for the seal member is filled into the mold. Next, heat or light is applied to the uncrosslinked rubber in the mold, crosslinking the uncrosslinked rubber that is the raw material for the sealing member, and at the same time bonding the sealing part, adhesive resin sheet, and separator substrate. The sealing part integrated with the separator substrate is then removed from the mold.

[0015] Transfer method Heat or pressure is applied to the uncrosslinked sealing material, and the sealing material is filled into a mold. Next, after filling, the mold is opened and a separator with an adhesive resin sheet is placed in the mold. Next, heat or light is applied within the mold to crosslink the sealing member and bond the sealing part, adhesive resin sheet, and separator substrate together. The sealing part integrated with the separator substrate is then removed from the mold.

[0016] Lamination method The molded sealing part that has completed cross-linking is placed on top of the separator substrate with the adhesive resin sheet, and then set in the mold. Next, heat and pressure are applied to the sealing part, adhesive resin sheet, and separator substrate within the mold, thereby bonding the sealing part, adhesive resin sheet, and separator substrate together. The separator substrate and the integrated seal part are removed from the mold.

[0017] Next, an example of a method for manufacturing a member with rubber will be described. Fig. 1 is a flow chart showing an example of a method for manufacturing a member with rubber according to the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a method for manufacturing a member with rubber according to the present embodiment.

[0018] 2A, uncrosslinked rubber 213 is injection molded into molds 211 and 212. Then, the process proceeds to step S12.

[0019] 2B, separator 215 to which grooved adhesive resin sheet 214 is temporarily attached is placed within molds 211 and 212. Then, the process proceeds to step S13.

[0020] 2C, in step S13, rubber 213 is cross-linked by heating, and adhesive resin sheet 214 is melted to bond rubber 213 and separator 215. Then, the process proceeds to step S14.

[0021] In step S13, the thermal expansion of the rubber 213 is accommodated in the grooves of the adhesive resin sheet 214. This configuration makes it possible to prevent the thermal expansion of the rubber 213 from leaking out from the end of the adhesive sheet. Therefore, by using the manufacturing method shown in the flowchart in Fig. 1, it is possible to manufacture a member with rubber while preventing burrs from occurring on the rubber member.

[0022] 2D, the separator is released from the metal molds 211 and 212. Through the above steps, a member with rubber is manufactured.

[0023] Next, a separator with seal parts, which is an example of a member with rubber, will be described. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a separator with seal parts according to the present embodiment.

[0024] In FIG. 3, separator 301 with seal component includes substrate 311 , resin sheet 312 , and seal component 313 .

[0025] The base material 311 is bonded to the resin sheet 312 at a second surface 315 of the resin sheet 312 . Resin sheet 312 has grooves 316-1 to 316-n (n is any natural number) penetrating from first surface 314 to second surface 315.

[0026] The seal part 313 is bonded to the resin sheet 312 on a first surface 314 of the resin sheet 312. The grooves 316-1 to 316-n are filled with a part of the seal part 313.

[0027] Separator 302 with sealing component includes substrate 321 , resin sheet 322 , and sealing component 323 .

[0028] The base material 321 is bonded to the resin sheet 322 at a second surface 325 of the resin sheet 322 . Resin sheet 322 has grooves 326-1 to 326-n (n is any natural number) on first surface 324. Grooves 326-1 to 326-n are not through grooves, and second surface 325 does not have grooves 326-1 to 326-n.

[0029] The seal part 323 is bonded to the resin sheet 322 on a first surface 324 of the resin sheet 322. The grooves 326-1 to 326-n are filled with a part of the seal part 323.

[0030] Next, the adhesive resin sheet will be described below. Fig. 4 is a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing an example of the adhesive resin sheet according to the present embodiment.

[0031] 4, adhesive resin sheet 401 has grooves 402-1 to 402-n (n is any natural number) that extend perpendicularly to the width direction (X-axis direction) of the sealing part on first surface 403. As shown in the cross-sectional view taken along line A-A', grooves 402-1 to 402-n penetrate adhesive resin sheet 401 from first surface 403 to second surface 404.

[0032] The adhesive resin sheet 411 also has grooves 412-1 to 412-n (n is any natural number) that extend perpendicularly to the width direction of the sealing part on the first surface 403. As shown in the cross-sectional view taken along line B-B', the grooves 412-1 to 412-n are provided on the first surface 413 of the adhesive resin sheet 411. The grooves 412-1 to 412-n are not through grooves, and do not exist on the second surface 414.

[0033] The grooves may extend in a direction parallel to the width direction of the sealing part.Figure 5 shows a perspective view and a cross-sectional view of an example of an adhesive resin sheet according to this embodiment.

[0034] 5, adhesive resin sheet 501 has grooves 502-1 to 502-n (n is any natural number). Grooves 502-1 to 502-n extend parallel to the width direction of the sealing part (X-axis direction) on first surface 503. As shown in the cross-sectional view taken along CC', grooves 502-1 to 502-n penetrate adhesive resin sheet 501 from first surface 503 to second surface 504.

[0035] The adhesive resin sheet 511 has grooves 512-1 to 512-n (n is any natural number). The grooves 512-1 to 512-n extend parallel to the width direction of the sealing part on the first surface 513. As shown in the cross-sectional view taken along line D-D', the grooves 512-1 to 512-n are provided on the first surface 513 of the adhesive resin sheet 511. The grooves 512-1 to 512-n are not through grooves and do not exist on the second surface 514.

[0036] Adhesive resin sheets 501 and 511 shown in FIG. 5 are provided with grooves parallel to the width direction of the sealing part, thereby making it possible to accommodate differences in the amount of expansion due to differences in the rubber shape in the depth direction of the sealing part.

[0037] In addition, it is considered that grooves parallel to the width direction and grooves parallel to the depth direction are mixed in a mesh or dot pattern by arranging the grooves according to the cross-sectional shape of the sealing part. Fig. 6 is a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing an example of an adhesive resin sheet according to this embodiment.

[0038] 6, adhesive resin sheet 601 has grooves 602-1 to 602-n and grooves 603-1 to 603-m (n and m are any natural numbers). Grooves 602-1 to 602-n extend parallel to the depth direction (Y-axis direction) of the sealing part on first surface 604. Grooves 603-1 to 603-m extend parallel to the width direction (X-axis direction) of the sealing part on first surface 604.

[0039] 6, the adhesive resin sheet 611 has hole structures 612-1 to 612-n (n is any natural number). The hole structures 612-1 to 612-n are scattered on a first surface 613 of the adhesive resin sheet 611. The hole structures 612-1 to 612-n are arranged parallel to at least one of the width direction and the depth direction of the sealing part.

[0040] The adhesive resin sheet 601 and the adhesive resin sheet 611 can accommodate differences in thermal expansion caused by differences in the shapes of the sealing parts.

[0041] As described above, according to the manufacturing method of a rubber-backed member, adhesive resin sheet, and rubber-backed member of this embodiment, the expansion of the rubber member is accommodated in the recessed structure of the adhesive sheet, thereby suppressing the occurrence of burrs in the rubber member.

[0042] Furthermore, according to the manufacturing method of the rubber-backed member, the adhesive resin sheet, and the rubber-backed member of this embodiment, by providing a stepped groove or a through hole in the adhesive resin sheet, the surface pressure on the separator when the seal part is compressed is made uniform.

[0043] Furthermore, according to the manufacturing method of the rubber-backed member, the adhesive resin sheet, and the rubber-backed member of this embodiment, by providing step grooves or through holes in the adhesive resin sheet, the volume of the excess rubber that expands during the transfer method escapes to the adhesive resin sheet side, thereby increasing the design freedom of the separator.

[0044] The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, a through groove and a step groove may be mixed according to the shape of the rubber. The groove may be a dotted line when viewed from above. In other words, the groove may be positioned intermittently on a straight line. The arrangement density of the grooves per given area may have a density distribution, such as a dense center side and a sparse both ends in the width direction of the sealing part.

[0045] Also, for example, if the cross-sectional shape of the rubber is a trapezoid or a mountain shape that narrows from the separator adhesive surface to the apex, when the rubber expands due to heat, the rubber expansion volume at the center will be greater. By setting the depth of the grooves (penetration, step) and the arrangement density of the grooves, it is possible to deal with differences in the amount of expansion at each location.
