[Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2011-94344 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, after installing louvers on a building, there is a problem in that even if it is desired to adjust the installation angle of the louver material in response to changes in the surrounding environment such as vegetation or the building, it is not easy to do so.

[0005] Therefore, the present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and provides a louver material that allows the installation angle of the louver material to be adjusted. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following means. In other words, the louver material of the present invention is a louver material supported by a support member installed on the outside of a building, and comprises a louver body formed in a flat plate shape with the plate surface facing vertically when installed, a curved portion formed in an arc shape at the longitudinal end of the louver body so as to bulge outward in a planar view, and a connecting portion formed at a predetermined position along the curved portion and connected to the support member.

[0007] In the louver material configured in this manner, the connecting parts formed at predetermined positions on the curved parts of the longitudinal ends of the louver body are connected to the support members, so that the angle of the louver material with respect to the horizontal direction can be adjusted according to the position of the connecting parts.

[0008] In addition, in the louver material according to the present invention, the connecting portion may be capable of being formed at a predetermined position along substantially the entire length of the louver body in the short side direction.

[0009] In a louver material configured in this manner, the position of the connecting portion can be selected from substantially the entire length of the louver body in the short direction, allowing a large range of variation in the inclination angle of the louver material relative to the horizontal direction. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to the louver material of the present invention, the installation angle of the louver material can be adjusted. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] A louver material according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an elevational view showing a bracket of a louver material according to one embodiment of the present invention in an installed state. The louver system 100 according to this embodiment is installed on the outside (outdoor side) of a building. As shown in FIG. 1, the louver material 1 is fixed to a support (support member) 8 installed on the outside of the building via a bracket (hereinafter simply referred to as a "bracket") 2 of the louver material. The support 8 may be fixed to the building or may be installed separately from the building. A plurality of support posts 8 are installed at intervals on the outside of the building. The louver material 1 is disposed between a pair of support posts 8 at an interval in the vertical direction. Both ends of the louver material 1 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the support posts 8 via brackets 2, respectively.

[0013] The vertical direction is indicated by arrow Z, the horizontal direction connecting adjacent pillars 8 (called the width direction) is indicated by arrow X, and the horizontal direction perpendicular to the width direction (called the depth direction) is indicated by arrow Y.

[0014] The support pillar 8 is an elongated member extending in the vertical direction. The support pillar 8 has a cylindrical shape. The support pillar 8 is, for example, a single-tube pipe. The shape of the support pillar 8 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a tubular shape with a rectangular or polygonal cross section or a solid member, and can be set as appropriate.

[0015] The bracket 2 has a clamp portion 20 that is fixed to the support 8, and a flat plate portion 30.

[0016] The clamp portion 20 is fixed to the support pillar 8. The clamp portion 20 is configured to clamp the outer peripheral surface of the support pillar 8. The clamp portion 20 is fixed to the support pillar 8 by tightening an adjustment bolt 21 (see FIG. 2). The clamp portion 20 is detached from the support pillar 8 by loosening the adjustment bolt 21. The detachable clamp portion 20 makes it possible to adjust the vertical installation position of the bracket 2 relative to the support pillar 8. Note that the fixing portion may be configured to be fixed to the support pillar 8 in any way as long as it is fixed to the support pillar 8, and may be configured to be fixed to the support pillar 8 by a bolt and a nut.

[0017] The flat plate portion 30 is formed in a flat plate shape. The flat plate portion 30 is connected to the clamp portion 20. The flat plate portion 30 is fixed to the clamp portion 20. In this embodiment, the flat plate portion 30 is fixed to the clamp portion 20 by welding 31. Note that the means for fixing the flat plate portion 30 to the clamp portion 20 can be set appropriately, and the flat plate portion 30 may be configured to be connected to the clamp portion 20 via another member.

[0018] Fig. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view along the width direction showing the bracket 2 in use. Note that in Fig. 2, in order to make it easier to understand the inclination angle of the louver material 1 with respect to the vertical direction, it is shown in a state along the XZ plane as it should be. The same is true for Fig. 7 shown later. 2, the plate surface of the flat plate portion 30 faces the width direction. When viewed from the width direction, the flat plate portion 30 has a substantially circular shape.

[0019] A fixed mounting hole 33 (see FIG. 1) penetrating in the thickness direction is formed in the center of the flat plate portion 30. A plurality of selective mounting holes 34 penetrating in the thickness direction are formed along the outer edge of the flat plate portion 30. The multiple selective mounting holes 34 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction.

[0020] FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the bracket 2 in use. As shown in FIG. 3, the louver material 1 has a louver body 10, a curved portion 11, a fixed line portion 12, and an insertion portion 13 (see FIG. 1).

[0021] The louver body 10 is formed in a flat plate shape. The plate surface of the louver body 10 faces the vertical direction. In a plan view, the louver body 10 has a shape that is long in the width direction.

[0022] The curved portions 11 are formed at both longitudinal ends of the louver body 10. In a plan view, the curved portions 11 are arc-shaped so as to bulge outward on the side opposite the longitudinal center. The curved portions 11 are disposed so as to face the flat portion 30 of the bracket 2. The depth direction in the state shown in FIG. 3 is the short side direction of the louver body 10.

[0023] The fixed line portion 12 is formed on the inside, toward the center in the longitudinal direction, of the curved portion 11 of the louver body 10. As shown in Fig. 1, the fixed line portion 12 is recessed from both the top and bottom surfaces of the louver body 10 and is formed in a band shape extending in the depth direction along the inside of the curved portion 11.

[0024] The insertion portion 13 is formed so as to be recessed from the end face 11 a of the curved portion 11 towards the inside of the louver body 10 .

[0025] 4 to 6 are three-view diagrams of the mounting member 4. FIG. An attachment member 4 is fixed to the louver material 1. The attachment member 4 is a member for connecting the louver material 1 to the bracket 2. As shown in Figures 4 to 6, the attachment member 4 has an insertion piece portion 41, a first bent piece portion 42, a second bent piece portion 43, and a fixing piece portion 44.

[0026] 1, the insertion piece portion 41 is formed in a flat plate shape. The plate surface of the insertion piece portion 41 faces the vertical direction. The insertion piece portion 41 is inserted into the insertion portion 13 of the louver material 1 from the end surface 11a of the curved portion 11.

[0027] The insertion piece portion 41 has a mounting hole 41a formed therethrough in the vertical direction. The louver body 10 of the louver material 1 has mounting holes (connecting portions) 10a formed on both the top and bottom at positions corresponding to the mounting holes 41a. A bolt 15 is inserted through the lower mounting hole 10a, the mounting hole 41a of the mounting member 4, and the upper mounting hole 10a, and is screwed into a nut 16. In this way, the mounting member 4 is fixed to the louver material 1. The position of the mounting hole 10a of the louver body 10 can be formed at a predetermined position along approximately the entire length of the fixed line portion 12.

[0028] The first bent piece 42 is bent at an end of the insertion piece 41 on the end face 11a side of the curved portion 11 and extends upward. The second bent piece 43 is bent at an upper end of the first bent piece 42 and extends in a direction away from the louver material 1.

[0029] The fixing piece 44 extends downward from the end of the second bent piece 43. A mounting hole 46 is formed in the fixing piece 44, penetrating in the width direction. The bolt 22 is inserted from the clamp portion 20 side of the bracket 2 through the fixing mounting hole 33 and the mounting hole 46 in the flat plate portion 30 of the bracket 2 and is screwed into the nut 23. In this way, the flat plate portion 30 and the clamp portion 20 of the louver material 1 are connected.

[0030] The fixed piece portion 44 has an attachment hole 47 formed therethrough in the width direction. A nut 48 is fixed to the fixed piece portion 44 at a position corresponding to the attachment hole 47. The tip of a bolt 49 is inserted through the attachment hole 47 of the fixed piece portion 44 and a predetermined selected attachment hole 34 of the flat plate portion 30 of the bracket 2, and is screwed into the nut 48.

[0031] 2 and 7, the inclination angle of the insertion piece portion 41 of the mounting member 4 and the inclination angle of the louver material 1 connected to the insertion piece portion 41 are changed depending on the position of the selective mounting hole 34 into which the bolt 49 is inserted, out of multiple selective mounting holes 34 spaced apart in the circumferential direction. The angle of the plate surface of the louver material 1 with respect to the vertical direction is changed.

[0032] As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 8, the horizontal angle of the louver material 1 is changed depending on the position of the mounting hole 10a formed in the fixing line portion 12 formed in a band shape. As shown in Fig. 3, when the central portion of the louver material 1 in the depth direction of the louver body 10 is fixed with the bolt 15, the louver material 1 is arranged along the width direction. As shown in Fig. 8, when one end portion in the depth direction of the louver body 10 is fixed with the bolt 15 on one support 8 side and the other end portion in the depth direction of the louver body 10 is fixed with the bolt 15 on the other support 8 side, the louver material 1 is arranged at an incline with respect to the width direction. When the bolt 15 fixes a portion inside the end portion in the depth direction of the louver body 10, the inclination of the louver material 1 in the width direction is reduced.

[0033] In the louver material 1 configured in this manner, mounting holes 10a formed at predetermined positions in curved portions 11 at the longitudinal ends of louver body 10 are connected to support posts 8. Therefore, the angle of louver material 1 with respect to the horizontal direction can be adjusted according to the position of mounting holes 10a in louver material 1.

[0034] Furthermore, since the position of mounting hole 10a of louver material 1 can be selected from substantially the entire length of louver body 10 in the depth direction, the range of change in the inclination angle of louver material 1 with respect to the horizontal direction can be made large.

[0035] The shapes and combinations of the components shown in the above-described embodiment are merely examples, and various modifications can be made based on design requirements, etc., without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0036] The "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" are 17 international goals that were adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. The louver system 100 according to this embodiment can contribute to the achievement of, for example, "11. Sustainable cities and towns." [Explanation of symbols]
