Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a tank with a filter used to store liquid such as detergent in a bathtub cleaning device or the like, which comprises a tank body for storing the liquid, and a bottomed cylindrical filter having an injection opening at its upper end, which is inserted into a cylindrical injection port provided on the upper surface of the tank body. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, a known example of this type of tank with a filter is one disclosed in Patent Document 1, in which an air vent is formed in the upper part of a filter frame, which is a component of the filter, and the internal space of the tank body is open to the atmosphere via the air vent and an injection opening at the upper end of the filter. In this tank, when liquid is injected into the filter through the injection opening and filtered by the filter before being injected into the tank body, the air inside the tank body escapes to the outside of the tank via the air vent and the injection opening, replacing the air with the liquid inside the tank.
[0003] However, if the flow rate of the liquid injected into the filter is increased, the liquid level in the filter may rise and the air vent may sink below the liquid level. In this case, the air in the tank body cannot escape to the outside, and the air in the tank body cannot be smoothly replaced by the liquid. As a result, problems occur such as the liquid easily overflowing from the injection opening and the time it takes to inject the liquid into the tank body. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2023-40574 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a tank with a filter that can prevent the smooth replacement of air and liquid in the tank body from being impaired due to a rise in the liquid level in the filter. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a filter-equipped tank comprising a tank body for storing liquid, and a bottomed cylindrical filter having an injection opening at its upper end which is inserted into a cylindrical injection port provided on the upper surface of the tank body, wherein an injection port flange portion is provided at the upper end of the injection port, and a filter flange portion is provided at the upper end of the filter facing above the injection port flange portion, the upper part of the filter adjacent to the lower part of the filter flange portion is inserted into the inner periphery of the injection port flange portion with a radial gap remaining, and a plurality of protrusions protruding toward the other are provided at circumferential intervals on one of the lower surface of the filter flange portion and the upper surface of the injection port flange portion, and when the filter flange portion is seated on the injection port flange portion via the protrusions, vertical gaps are left between the filter flange portion and the injection port flange portion in parts other than the protrusions, and the internal space of the tank body is open to the atmosphere via the radial gap and the vertical gap.
[0007] According to the present invention, even if the liquid level in the filter reaches the upper end of the filter, the air in the tank body escapes to the outside of the tank through the radial gap between the inner periphery of the filler flange and the top of the filter and the vertical gap between the filler flange and the filter flange. This prevents the smooth replacement of air and liquid in the tank body from being impaired by a rise in the liquid level in the filter, and allows the liquid to be quickly poured into the tank body without overflowing from the pouring opening.
[0008] In the present invention, it is also preferable that an annular ridge is erected on the upper surface of the inlet flange at a position facing the filter flange, and an annular wall is provided on the filter flange at a position radially spaced from the ridge and extending below the upper end of the ridge. In this way, the gap between the upper surface of the inlet flange and the lower surface of the filter flange is bent in a maze shape between the ridge and the annular wall, making it possible to effectively prevent foreign matter from entering the tank body from the outside. [Figure 4] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of the filter-equipped tank according to the embodiment. [Diagram 5] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a filter provided in the filter tank according to the embodiment, viewed from diagonally below. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] A filter tank A according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 1 is used to store liquid detergent in a bathtub cleaning device. Referring also to Fig. 2, this filter tank A includes a tank body 1 for storing detergent, and a bottomed cylindrical filter 3 having an injection opening 3a at its upper end, which is inserted into a cylindrical injection port 2 provided on the upper surface of the tank body 1. Referring also to Figs. 4 and 5, the filter 3 is composed of a filter body 3b made of a net, and a filter frame 3c that supports the filter body 3b.
[0011] The upper end of the inlet 2 is provided with an inlet flange portion 21. The inlet 2 is configured as an inner and outer double cylinder structure with an inner cylinder portion 2a integral with the tank body 1 and an outer cylinder portion 2b screwed to the outside of the inner cylinder portion 2a. The inlet flange portion 21 is provided at the upper end of the outer cylinder portion 2b. Furthermore, an annular packing 4 is placed on the upper surface of the tank body 1 so as to surround the inlet 2. The tank A with the filter is fixed to the bathtub flange by screwing the outer cylinder portion 2b to the inner cylinder portion 2a so as to sandwich the bathtub flange (not shown) from above and below between the inlet flange portion 21 and the packing 4. In addition, a groove portion 22 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inlet flange portion 21 to engage the injection opening 3a and the cover body (not shown) that covers the inlet flange portion 21 from above. If this cover body is removed, the filter 3 can be removed from the inlet 2 without removing the outer cylinder portion 2b of the inlet 2. Therefore, the maintainability of the filter 3 is improved.
[0012] The filter flange 31 is provided at the upper end of the filter 3, i.e., at the upper end of the filter frame 3c, facing the upper part of the inlet flange 21. The filter upper part 32, which is formed by the filter frame 3c adjacent to the lower part of the filter flange 31, is inserted into the inner circumference of the inlet flange 21 with a radial gap CL1. More specifically, a first protrusion 231 having a narrow circumferential width and a second protrusion 232 extending in an arc shape in the circumferential direction are provided on the inner circumferential surface of the inlet flange 21 with a circumferential gap therebetween. In addition, a recessed groove 33 with which the first protrusion 231 can be engaged is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the filter frame 3c so as to reach the filter upper part 32. Then, the filter 3 is inserted into the inlet 2 with the phase of the arrow 31a engraved on the upper surface of the filter flange 31 aligned with the arrow 21a engraved on the upper surface of the inlet flange 21, so that the first protrusion 231 is engaged with the recessed groove 33, as shown in FIG. 3, to determine the phase of the filter 3. A radial gap CL1 generated between the inner periphery of the inlet flange portion 21 and the filter upper portion 32 is large between the first convex portion 231 and the second convex portion 232, and is small at a portion matching the second convex portion 232. Here, the second convex portion 232 is provided to suppress radial displacement of the filter 3, and the radial gap CL1 may be made substantially zero at a portion matching the second convex portion 232.
[0013] 5, a plurality of protrusions 34 are provided at circumferential intervals on the underside of filter flange portion 31, protruding toward the upper surface of inlet flange portion 21, i.e., protruding downward. When filter flange portion 31 is seated on inlet flange portion 21 via protrusions 34, a vertical gap CL2 is left between filter flange portion 31 and inlet flange portion 21 in areas other than protrusions 34, and the internal space of tank body 1 is open to the atmosphere via radial gap CL1 between the inner periphery of inlet flange portion 21 and filter upper portion 32, and vertical gap CL2 between filter flange portion 31 and inlet flange portion 21.
[0014] According to this, when detergent is injected into the filter 3 through the injection opening 3a, even if the liquid level in the filter 3 reaches the upper end of the filter 3, the air in the tank body 1 escapes to the outside of the tank through the radial gap CL1 and the vertical gap CL2. This prevents the smooth replacement of the air and detergent in the tank body 1 from being impaired due to a rise in the liquid level in the filter 3. As a result, the detergent can be rapidly injected into the tank body 1 without overflowing from the injection opening 3a.
[0015] In this embodiment, an annular ridge 24 is erected on the upper surface of inlet flange 21, located in a portion facing filter flange 31. A protrusion 34 on the lower surface of filter flange 31 is seated on ridge 24. Furthermore, annular walls 35, 36 are provided on filter flange 31, located in portions radially outward and inward from ridge 24, and extending below the upper ends of ridges 24.
[0016] According to this, the gap CL2 between the upper surface of the inlet flange portion 21 and the lower surface of the filter flange portion 31 is bent in a maze shape between the ridge 24 and the annular walls 35, 36. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent foreign matter from entering the tank body 1 from the outside. It is also possible to omit one of the annular wall 35 located radially outward from the ridge 24 and the annular wall 36 located radially inward from the ridge 24.
[0017] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in the above embodiment, the portion of the inlet flange portion 21 on which the projection 34 of the filter flange portion 31 is seated is the ridge 24, but it is also possible to provide the projection 34 so that it is seated on a portion of the inlet flange portion 21 other than the ridge 24. Also, a plurality of projections that protrude toward the lower surface of the filter flange portion 31, i.e., that protrude upward, may be provided at intervals in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the inlet flange portion 21, so that the filter flange portion 31 is seated on the inlet flange portion 21 via these projections. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the inlet 2 has an inner and outer double cylinder structure, and the inlet flange portion 21 is provided at the upper end of the outer cylinder portion 2b of the inlet 2, but the inlet 2 may be formed only of a cylinder portion integral with the tank body 1, and the inlet flange portion 21 may be provided at its upper end. Also, although the filter-equipped tank A in the above embodiment is for storing detergent, the present invention can be similarly applied to a filter-equipped tank that stores liquids other than detergent.
