chromium-free
zinc-aluminum coatings, and the
corrosion resistance of the steel
wire rope is remarkably improved while it is guaranteed that the steel
wire rope has the high strength performance; the service life of the steel wire
rope is obviously prolonged. Lubricating
grease is stored in the
oil storage rope core of the first filling
rope, the
oil storage cotton of the second filling rope and the composite
fiber strands, so that when the steel wire rope is impacted or bent, the
oil storage rope core in the center of the steel wire rope can slowly release the lubricating
grease; the composite
fiber strands are arranged on the rope core, oil storage cotton on the outer side of the rope core and lubricating
grease in the composite
fiber strands cooperate to lubricate the rope core and the steel wire strands of the outer strand layer, lubricating films are formed on the surfaces of the steel wire strands, and therefore the
friction coefficient between the steel wire strands is reduced, the
corrosion resistance is further enhanced, and the steel wire rope has the long service life and the strength stability is kept.
